Work comp nurces are always talking and not doing their job. Had an appointment today at 9 am and arrived 20 minutes early and the nurse in the front desk did not check me in until an hour and a half later. These people get paid too much money to be talking and not doing their job right..
The doctor put a no resuscitate on my dad after my dad had 2 cardiac arrest. I told them to do whatever they had to do to keep him alive, they let him die instead. I hate this place. They wanted me to pull the plug as soon as he got to the hospital. They didn’t want to spend the time to keep him alive. They just wanted the room for someone they can babysit and didn’t need that much attention. They are out of there mind if they think I’m going to pay this bill.
I love it here! I've been with Kaiser for 20 years. They always show great care and respect. The staff and doctors are always friendly. Their Urgent Care is fast and open late.
Kaiser Rocks! Valet parking and top quality care. I also think its FANTASTIC they care enough to read these reviews and offer assistance to help rectify any issues.
Kaiser has changed and seems they really do care.
Dr. Rasheeda of ER at Fontana Medical Center is an awesome
physician. She carefully examined, prescribed appropriate medication,
recommended to admit my wife who was suffering from acute breathing
problem and cough. ( She deserves a five star status). Thank you Dr.
However, a senior physician of ER (Chinese looking)
discharged her without proper evaluation, and she had
very hard time at home, consequently she was admitted
again before 48 hours, and still in the hospital.
My 2 youngest daughters were born at this kaiser and I have to say both times we were taken care of really well. Thanks a bunches to the baby unit including delivery as well.
Many will complain, but I don't care what insurance you have or what facility you go to, bottom line is somebody's gonna have a horror story about it. Kaiser has always been good to me and my family for 20 years. We've had services over time in almost every department and have always had good care.
I just had my baby girl there last Saturday and I want to say I had an amazing experience with all the nurses and of course my doctor "Dr. Inocencio-Díaz " So thankful ❤️
Ultrasound department is horrible! They have no clue what they're doing even my Dr said go to Redlands if possible! Fontana is unorganized!
I ripped a tendon in my calf in April and was able to get same day appointments each time I called the call center. They fit me in at locations nearby with availability and quick response time. My injury then caused a blood clot a month later, once again I contacted the call center and was able to get a same day appointment, then was seen as a STAT patient in Fontana. It was a long day and I was alone, but the staff was extremely kind and courteous, even taking me to the pharmacy and to my ride via wheelchair. I also received prompt follow ups from the anti coagulation clinic after my injury. Redlands is my primary location which is not only clean and friendly, but very professional.
This is a horrible experience. Between waiting for a transfer from another hospital to waiting for a bed in the er. Then the doctor took forever to come and consult we have been dealing with kaiser Fontana unprofessionalism for over 10 hours and we still have no idea what they are doing. This place would be a joke if not for the seriousness of what they do. Avoid coming here they cause just as much pain as they help alleviate.
So far so good. Coming from a terrible healthcare system in Nevada, this place is a great change. Quick appointments and Doctors who care.
I had a great doctor and specialist . once I got in to the hospital. Also great nurses!
The nurse at the emergency room would not let me see a doctor. Sent me home.
My best friends wife told her husband ( my best friend ) to bring me back to the emergency room. That nurse said, " you again,I thought I told you to go home and take your amoxicillin ". I needed way more than that!
We even told her that his wife said, this is a medical emergency. She was even dumb enough to ask what his wife really knew. Oh, if she only knew what she did for a living. I think my best friend told her.
He went to the back and got an emergency room doctor. When the doctor saw me , he said like, " oh my God ". I said that was 45 min. Ago
The nurse would not let me in . He even told me, " your in mow be quite "
Telling me to be quite is probably the worst thing to ever tell me!
The doctor put me on a Gurnee and iv' s with morphine I even told him I did not need the morphine.
I no longer have their insurance, as more happened after I got out of the hospita!
Goid luck with them.
I am a new member to Kaiser. I tried to make an apt to see my gynecologist, because my birth control expired. Not only did the customer service suck it would take over a month to see my doctor. Good thing I still have IEHP (medi-cal) I was able to make an apt. to see a doctor next week.
My regular facility is Kaiser West L.A. I currently live in Victorville and elected to use the Fontana Facility for a Bone Density Exam. I was told I did not need to make an appointment and could walk-in. I arrived early before the check-in opened. I was the 2nd person to check-in and did not make an appointment. To my surprise the called both of us in at the same time and I was out and on my way in less than 30 minutes. I spent more time locating the building and the department I needed to be at than it took for the exam. The personnel were courteous and professional. The experience was very positive and although I've been at the West L.A. facility for over 30 years I am seriously considering getting a primary doctor at the Fontana Facility.
