Back in Summer of 2013 Had a great experience up until the day they sent me to the beach location for a special xray. The same day I got the special xray they had a promotional camera crew there and they asked if I wouldn't mind being filmed while I get my adjustment. Without looking at my file to see what I normally get adjusted for my back the lady just twisted my neck and ever since I have neck problems.

They are amazing at what they do and if you have the money to go and stay on track I absolutely support and will tell anyone to go because they are the best I've ever gone to. However I work in a grocery store and they don't accept my insurance so I couldn't stay on track and the last time I was there. A comment was made and I was embarrassed because I can't afford to stay on track and here it is months later and I'm at home in the worst sciatica pain I have ever had refusing to go back because I was embarrassed and can't afford them.
So if anyone knows of a cheaper alternative for me please let me know.

I was recently reached out too and although I was apologized to and did say I'd come back and I did mean it at the time. They truly are wonderful at their jobs there and I wish I could afford to stay with them.
However I am giving a new chiropractor a go because they accept my health insurance.

I typically visit the beach office but due to working from home the office in town is closer for me. I called, set my appointment and verified my file and insurance info would transfer and I was told everything was good to go. I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment so I could fill out any paperwork. I was waiting for about 30 min (With only 1 other patient in the office) and asked the receptionist if I should reschedule for a time when the office is less busy. I was told they were not busy at all but training a new doctor this week. I waited another hour before I asked for a refund for my visit ($97) and politely stated I had other appointments and was not able to wait. The doctor was at the front desk and stated they had issues verifying my insurance and that was the hold up and she was about to walk in and see me. I asked, if my insurance was verified when I made my appointment why is there an issue today..and if there was an issue, why didn't anyone ask for my insurance card when I walked in the door? Then she proceeds to tell me I didn't pay when I came in and after I continued to remind them how much I paid and what card, I was told I should have never been charged and was refunded.

I have no issues waiting if a customer needs extra time or if someone is learning. My problem is the doctor putting blame on the receptionist for her time management and lying about it. I did not feel comfortable having her adjust me at that point and I scheduled an appointment back with the beach office.

I will not be going back or referring any friends.

I hurt so bad I could barely walk when I went to Waterside. Dr. Sheyda had me back on my feet before I knew what happened! Everyone at Waterside is amazing! Don't go anywhere else, they're the best! Everyone always has a smile and greeting when you walk in. These guys are the best!!!

This place is a joke. Recently I went to this office and the doctor doing my exam was extremely rude and told me I had to pay out of pocket and without adjustment the first visit. I decided to give this place a chance and the other lady doctor smached my neck on the table. Dang my neck was hurting for almost a week, had to take my pain pills.Worse experience in a chiropractic office. I will never recommend anybody to visit this chiro office in Panama City

I'm from out-of-state, but found Waterside during an emergency (serious neck pain). They have been great! Staff is very friendly, no one rushes you, and they explain everything well. Equipment is all clean and modern and the office has a nice, relaxed feel to it. I'd highly recommend them (and I'd also recommend following up when they suggest following up!).

I had never been to a chiropractor before and was a nervous wreck! The staff and Dr. Shores made me immediately feel relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Shores explained every aspect of my xray with me and preventative and post care. He was very sufficient. His personality relaxes you. A down to earth guy that you can tell cares about his patients. I'll be going back!

I've been coming to waterside for about a month and everything I have to say about this place falls nothing short than amazing! They are VERY helpful, they explain everything on a level a patient can understand. Staff is always so nice and so lining when you come in and the wait time is never more than 20 minutes! I have felt so much better since I started coming here! Great work, and highly recommend them!

I love the people here. Everyone was amazing. I brought my daughter in (14 months old) because she was suffering from hypotonia and wanted to get chiropractic care on top of getting help from a physical therapist. In a really short period of time I have seen the care she has gotten here really help her in her mobility! Thank you guys so much!

This place sucks! High prices! Said I had to pay and they would file on insurance and I would get paid back from insurance co. They charged $143.00 for simple alignment and I got a check from insurance for $26.98. Other charges not allowedOUT RIGHT LIE !! Had me fill out a bunch of paper work, kept me there for one hour, then the arrogant Dr. came in. This place is about getting the money and nothing else. No way I would go back!
