My family has been taking our vehicles to K&K for well over a decade now. Ken's honest, reasonable, and dependable. In fact, he's been known to call me to say he noticed my vehicle in the lot before I even call to tell him what was wrong with it.

I've had work done there twice so far. Good work done, price seemed ok. I asked for shocks replaced but they told me mine were still good enough, I think that's a good sign they have some honesty.

DO NOT GO TO KNK AUTO. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I called for a price quote on rear brakes for my 66 Chevy c20. The guy that answered the phone said he would have to look at it to give me a price. I dropped it off with the parts i had and then I got a rude call from them that they need more parts and they are charging me double because I didn't have all the parts an couldn't get the parts to them. Then I find out THEY ARE CHARGING ME 95.00 AN HOUR Because I brought my own parts that I bought at autozone and O'Reilly's ($200 cheaper) down the road. If you let them buy the Napa parts that are super high you get a cheaper $50 an hour labor rate. I went elsewhere so they charged me $150 to look at it and to put 1 wheel cylinder on. Rip off conartist.

2002 Ford Escape
All issues I've had with my vehicle have been completed by K&K with outstanding results. Two summers ago my 2002 Ford Escape had oil on a couple spark plugs and they fixed the problem. Two weeks ago I replaced the spark plugs myself and they didn't have a trace of oil; that's good quality work that lasts. My latest repair was a misfire in the #4 cylinder. I attempted to fix it myself by replacing the coil with a new coil I purchased from a local auto parts store. The car still wasn't running right. I took it to K&K and they found out the new coil was bad and now she's running like new. K&K does honest work at a very fair price.response / report this review -

Skilled and honest. We have been taking our cars to Ken for over 15 years and have always been pleased with the service and price. We have also referred many people to them too.
