Stayed here three different times. Each room was clean and the staff has always been friendly. Plus the breakfast is delicious!!!

Lovely accommodation with friendly staff on the outskirts of Pahrump. Breakfast was freshly made and exceptionally good - (NO run of the mill, plastic wrapped toast on paper plates you get anywhere else)
K-7 deserves both Bs in B&B.

This is one of the best BnB I have been ever been in my life. Absolutely loved it. The surroundings were awesome. Do not miss out on the morning breakfast. The pancake and the french toast are just out of the world.

Great find! Off the beaten path & cleanest place ever! Excellent breakfast made to order and nicest staff/owners. Only downside was someone crashing around in room above way earlier than I wanted to wake up.

First I want to say it is cute and clean. Our check in time was supposed to be at 3 PM. The place was closed not a soul, when we arrived. My husband called the number provided and the woman had a bad attitude, saying an e-mail was sent notifying us of the change. We didn’t receive the e-mail. We paid for a full day and expected to have a full day. We had things to do and had to wait around till someone showed up. When the woman finally showed up, she continued to have a bad attitude and said that she had to leave her job early to let us in. It is winter time and very cold. The bed had only 2 very very thin coverings. There wasn’t anything warmer, no other blankets. Cute, but I will never recommend this place

Nice and quiet place outside of town. Clean, spacious rooms and great hot breakfast. Friendly staff. Highly recommended !

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The pizza was tasty. If you are looking for posh accommodations this is not the place for you. Think minimalist. If you are okay with the bare necessities than this is your spot!

Absolutely amazing! We are in casita b. The room is adorably small but larger than most would think! And the restaurant on site has the best pizza my family has ever had!

Elizabeth at the reception was super nice and flexible. We arrived late and she waited for us, made us diner after the kitchen closed and prepared our breakfast "to go" as we were leaving really early the next morning.
The room was very clean and had everything you might need.
Highly recommended place to stay (get there in time to admire the beautiful sunset view)
