Great little hotel. Yes rooms are older. Prices are good, and customer service is always good. Shout out to Jesse at the front desk. Very friendly and helpful. Quiet place right outside the city. My 6th visit in less than a year. Always enjoy the scenery and the peaceful atmosphere. Restaurant is always hit or miss. Sometimes great food, great customer service. Very often not so good customer service.

Have stayed there a couple of times. A little rustic, nothing fancy but has everything you need. The restaurant has good food. Breakfast and dinner is always good and the "old town" is always fun. Red Rock is right down the road. It's a nice break from Vegas when I am in town.

I will start with the good stuff. The Restaurant was great. Both food and service. Good price point as well. For such a small motel I was impressed with the magnitude of this place. There's an old Western Town called "Old Town Nevada", a train, a petting zoo, a restaurant, horse back riding a pool and etc.. With the exception of an idiot cowboy who liked to fire his gun within close proximity to ear drums the staff seemed great. I do not recommend the Saloon for families or anyone. There are pornographic pictures of women on the walls. Filthy, Filthy, Filthy. There is a lot of negativity around the complex. Signs that keep reminding you how they can refuse you service at anytime, "do not take pictures", "what part of no pictures don't you understand", "warning you will be towed for parking in employee parking area". The main complaint would be the carpet in the rooms and the dog smell. The sofas could use replacing as well. It would also be nice if you didn't have to smell cigarettes Everytime you entered the front office. Because of the location of the motel, the internet was spotty at best. It usually took 3 minutes to get into the room. The key had to be jiggled for what seemed like forever before the door knob would turn. Also the ice machine would not put out ice. I would consider staying again though.

Rooms are reasonably priced, and very clean. Kitchy decor but really charming and very spacious. Private patio areas all looking into the center courtyard and very nice, clean pool. Gas and charcoal grills available to the guests and free entry to Old Nevada and the petting zoo. Be sure to start your day with breakfast at the restaurant.

Love the decor. Got the room about wolves. Horrible bed - hard as sleeping on carpeted floor. Poor maintenance - curtains didn't open, A/C blew dust, ice machine looked unhealthy, gates to courtyard broken. Lots of negative signs - don't park here, don't touch this, don't picnic, no hiking, no, no, no. Building is old so electrical outlets hard to find. I'm glad I experienced the decor. Staff was friendly. Wi-Fi was weak.

Stayed to climb at Red Rock. The room was pretty nice, despite the hilariously hokey carpet with the hardwood floor pattern. Rustic! Counted at least 83 eagles in the room. This is a nice place. I'll stay again.

Stayed there last week for one night. Check in was very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and roomy, clean, with a fridge and a nice bathroom. The furniture were a bit dated, some stains on one of the armchairs, but overall ok. Would stay there again.

“Great room”
We stayed here one night on our family road trip after we couldn't find a room in Vegas. The room was clean which is most important to us. The decor is definitely out of style but the location is very intriguing! The desk staff was very nice. We would probably stay here again!
