Amazing pizza and great service. 5 pool tables and small game room. Full size bar.

Tuesdays with half-priced large pizzas is the best! This is a big space with good pizza and lots of TVs or games (downstairs) to keep you occupied.

I've had better frozen pizza. The service and the entertainment aspect of the place is pretty decent, but the pizza was downright awful. My kids wouldn't even eat it. We didn't finish one piece of thst cardboard pizza. If you are hungryI would suggest thinking twice.

I have been coming here for almost 2 years, and have never had a problem getting served alcohol. I have an out of state licence that is vertically positioned, but there is clearly an "under 21 until 2014" and my ID is valid for 4 more years. Tonight I was refused a drink because of this. Clearly, customer loyalty and a valid drivers license mean nothing to this establishment. I don't want to be "that person" because I work in customer service, but this was quite insulting and I will not be ordering food or beverages here anymore

My kids love Jupiter's. Their pizza is much better now and they have more food selections. I wished they had more games and the ticket machines didn't break down so much. Other than that, it's a great place to take the family.

Service is very poor. Wait staff is friendly and average but the kitchen is disorderly and often times slow. They have never gotten my entire tables order correct in the many times we have dined here. The food and price is good.

The bartender accused my girlfriend of not being 21 after already serving us drinks and after we provided our i.d.'s. He said "I know she's not 21", but oddly enough kept serving us drinks. Apparently the hostess told him she had thought she went to high school with my girlfriend and therefore "knew" she was not 21 and so she insinuated to the bartender that my girlfriend provided a fake I.d. I asked to speak to a manager about these false accusations and to assure him that we were drinking legally. He said that I was "overreacting" when all I did was inform him about what happened and being falsely accused of underage drinking. I'm sorry I didn't realize that contacting the manager after being accused of committing a class 4 felony was considered overreacting. Also if the bartender "knew " she was not 21 (even after checking her I.d. ) then he should not have been serving her drinks. It also turned out that the hostess did not know my girlfriend from high school.
The whole situation was ridiculous and made worse by how the manager handled it. I will never go back there again.response / report this review -

If you like thin crust pizza, the speciality pizzas are delicious (especially the Gyro, the Pizza Pesto & the Special K)! HOWEVER, the service is NOT GOOD. Thus, a poor rating for Jupiters.

The prices and atmosphere are ok, however, when I informed the hostess we would happily wait for over an hour for seating in a particular area she continued to seat me elsewhere. While waiting a party that had reserved some tables and not needed so many offered us to sit down and enjoy the beers we ordered at the bar. Meanwhile The hostess (wearing which I now identify as $0.99 black lipstick) was hovering around us having angry discussions with the other employees while aggravatingly pointing at us. She came and took our "table available" notifier and we never received a server. We (party of 8) were fine with this and ordered our food at the bar and they brought out our pizza without the toppings as requested. They then took it back to the kitchen, threw the toppings on top and brought it back out to me. It was pretty terrible. Additionally the quantity and type of video games at this establishment as fallen below par of the old style Chuck E Cheeses and offers very little in the way of entertainment for children. I give this restaurant one star for its pleasant atmosphere, and one more for how very affordable it is. I suppose you get what you pay for.
