Our 6 year old fence had been installed shortly before we moved into the house. It was always somewhat unsightly, the cedar boards having been stapled to the horizontal support boards often came loose, and there were minimal footings for the posts, causing multiple posts to lean during the wet and windy season. Another company improved the footings on part of the fence, but plans to reface the existing fence with new prestained cedar boards were put on hold because of increase in lumber costs. The other company also delayed clarification of their bid until after the acceptance period so that they could submit a new and much higher bid.
I was initially hesitant to use JTI Commercial Services because their web site seemed to emphasize projects other than fencing. But I took a chance and was pleased with the timeliness of their initial evaluation and proposal submission. They also found that at least one post that had not been previously reinforced was also starting to lean. Their proposal to completely replace the fence using metal postmaster fences, prestaining the fence and assuring a deep concrete footing were all acceptable at a cost more than competitive and and for more extensive work than the other company I had used. I was surprised that JTI's initial bid did not include demolition of the old fence, but that was quickly added to an amended proposal.
The fence is beautiful. If the beauty of the prestained cedar holds, even if it requires periodic freshening, I will be very pleased for years to come. Because of their promptness, professionalism and quality of product, I would gladly use JTI again for similar or other projects.

I had an all around great experience working with JTI. They were very timely in getting back to me to discuss and then evaluate what I wanted in a fence for our front yard. I was able to work with the owner and modify a design of his to a design of mine and he was more than willing to oblige. We both were very happy with the results.
Everyone from the owner to the installers to the office staff were extremely nice and helpful. I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed working with them. Their pricing was less than other quality fence companies in the area, but their quality of product and level of customer service is far superior. Just an overall good company performing the tasks asked to do. I absolutely recommend and would use them again.

It's almost a year later after having our good-neighbor fence installed by JTI Commercial Services, and I couldn't be happier. The fence and gates have held up beautifully over the winter. They did an exceptional job! We paid to have them pull out the prior boards and posts and my goodness - that was the best decision. The crew worked so hard on our ultra heavy concrete blocks and definitely saved my husband's back! They were courteous, professional, hard-working and had an eye for detail. I am so pleased! Our fence looks beautiful and I feel so safe having my kids and dog play in the backyard and no longer have to worry about rotting boards or my dog jumping gaps in our dilapidated old fence. It feels so good! I love the privacy it gives us and it helps block the wind. They did a stellar job! I would highly recommend this company!

A JTI crew came on down to my property, here in Bellingham, installed over a hundred feet of top quality new fencing, which included sturdy six inch posts all done on a miserable rain soaked day but still managing to produce an awesome, professionally finished fence. I would have no hesitation in recommending them!.
