I had an 8:45 AM appointment this morning. Quickly put in an exam room and a young man came in and asked me questions he said the government wanted them to ask If I answer the questions and they input the answers into the 'system' , the MD office gets 'points'. I then waited 40 minutes, alone, in the exam room. I walked out to reception and told them it is unconscionable to treat people that way. Then I told her I was leaving. I actually like Dr Lee. He is a good man and a good MD.
I appreciate the healthcare system in this country is completely broken - I get it. I also get that if I treated my clients this way, i'd have no clients.
My name is D. King, went to seek a second opinion with Dr.Lee; after the first surgeon conducted 2 failed operations for a simple procedure (metacarpal fracture). His knowledge assured me that I picked the right guy for the job. After the metal plate implant, and his fine hand for stitching. Trust me, I can tell the difference of quality, the first surgeon butchered my hand; very upsetting. In conclusion, I had a quick recovery with full mobility. Dr.Lee was a lifesaver. Thank you 🙏
P.S. His recommended therapist, Professional Hand Therapy were great, caring and good people 👍👍
