You get what you pay for. It’s not terrible, it’s not great. You can expect leaks all over, leaky roof, leaky AC units, leaky pipes in the bathroom, cheaper quality floors that are easily damaged if you live there longer than a year, and you better report them all or be at the mercy of the friendly owner.

Trying to remain neutral in this review but I suggest dishing out a couple hundred dollars and living in a different apartment or rental home.

Maintenance is great. Front Office people are ok management is almost non existent. Vehicles are broken into and nothing is done and the Tennant is blamed for there own property being stolen or damaged. For the price it's not worth it.
