Joyce buick earned our business! They were amazing! Chris in used sales and Trey in new sales were both outstanding. Neither of them are typical "car sales men" and both down to earth! We will be back for sure!!

Very nice people they spoilt our kids rotten which was smart! Both of my kids kept asking to go back! We ended up getting a significantly better deal elsewhere for a GMC so we didn't end up buying our car from here. The only reason I have to take away a star was for the fact that 3 other GMC dealerships said that the quote I was handed from here was calculated incorrectly.

I have to say they were nice and professional, very accommodating. They offered me a very low amount for my fusion and wouldn't budge on price for the Acadia I liked. That's okay I understand the vehicle was nice, but I started looking for the same Acadia at dealerships in Cleveland and Columbus and seen the prices they had. Joyce made it very clear that they put their absolute best price online so they don't have to haggle, if that is true then they are going to get beat out by the competition! Unfortunately for my home town dealer I'm going to have to drive an hour to get a good deal! Wish I could have dealt locally but I don't throw my money away..
UPDATE***
I went to Lambert GMC only an hour north and got the same Acadia with less miles for $1000 less (around average price for most of the dealer's I looked into) and they also offered me $2500 more for my trade in. Joyce GMC seemed like they were more focused on telling me about how good of a dealer they were instead of actually being a good dealer. They have good cookies though, if you like that in a car lot.response / report this review -

Bought a 2017 Seirra, already knew what I wanted when I walked in the door. These folks are top notch team to get you what you need, at a great price. They did not haggle, pressure, or play games in anyway shape or form. These guys are as good as it comes!!! I am impressed!!!
They do very appropriate follow up, and are very friendly but very professional. Awesome sales team. Im definitely giving Joyce in Mansfield, Ohio two thumbs UP!response / report this review -

Stacy is an amazing asset to the Joyce Buick of Mansfield family. She was personable and professional from the first call. I called to let her know we would be driving from Cincinnati and she held our car for us for several hours. Once there she greeted us at the door with a smile and the keys. Needless to say Stacy closed the deal, even missing her lunch and clock out time to do so. I appreciate her as customer service goes a long way. We will be back when upgrade time rolls around ..

So disappointed in the Service Department and the decline I have noticed the last few times I have taken my car to them. Took it in for an oil change and tire rotation. Since when is that 90.00? Anytime I have had additional work done, they would call and get approval for the charges,not just add it onto the bill with no knowledge or mention of it until questions are asked. Also, ALWAYS washed my car if temps were above freezing. Apparently that has to be a special request made now. Just sad to see these simple steps in good customer service are being ignored. Step it up guys!

Very kind and helpful people to work with. They treat you like a person and not just a sale. Joyce GMC of Mansfield was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. This company deserves 10 stars! I have already recommended them to others and believe me when I say lots of people were already aware of this company and its excellent service. Thanks to Byron and Matt!! Ask for Byron he is a great salesman and Matt the Sales Manager.
