The sales staff are professional and did not pressure us to buy (though we did end up purchasing a Tacoma). The inventory selection is above average. The dealership itself is spotlessly clean and they have a comfortable waiting area for the service department.

Every time we have come here we have wonderful service. I purchased my first vehicle from here. The only thing for my past two vehicles have been that they haven't been able to compete with quotes that I received from other dealerships. So we haven't made another purchase here. I unfortunately had to take a star away due to the Toyota part. Chevy got back to us right away, scheduled test drives etc. Toyota didn't get back to us for over a week, which at that point we had already made our decision and purchased a new vehicle. This place would get a 5 star if not for that.

My lease was about over on my 2014 Chevy Silverado so I went to see what my options were. There process of putting quotes together at Graham is so slow. With every question about rebates or incentives the salesman would disappear in to the glass walled room for up to a half hour at a time. After about 2 1/2 hours of this I came up with a reason to leave and wound up At Joyce GMC. The salesman there was much more fun to deal with and got me a good deal on a 2017 GMC Acadia in about a half hour.

Tim Sexton is an awesome sales member of your team. We met about 2 years ago when he assisted with my 2015 Malibu lease. He takes his time, he explains, and he never makes me feel like I have to do something right now. He is knowledgeable and makes me feel like he is making the best deal around. He is a blessing on your staff.

Bad experience!!! I had this joke of a salesman name Brad who was unfriendly, no personality, and acted like he really just didn't wanna help. I don't give a crap how great of sales you have on your cars if you give me bad customer service I will for sure take my buisness elsewhere and that's exactly what I did took my buisness elsewhere.
