  I dealt with Mike who went above and beyond for me. I needed a part for my vehicle and lived out of state. I happened to be passing the junkyard on Saturday when they were closed. Mike went out of his way to meet me so I could pick up the part for my vehicle. He saved me over two hundred dollars in shipping. Great customer service!!!!!!!

  Josh is one of the most honest and helpful guys in the business! I purchased a bumper cover from him, and needed it shipped to Wisconsin. After he sent me some great photos and info to make sure it was the right part and in the condition I needed, I made the transportarion arrangements. Though parts dealers usually don't ship large bodywork, Josh was willing to wrap it up and bring it to my carrier. I received it safe and secure, and Josh was instrumental in that. Polite, forthcoming, and always easy to reach, I wish I could buy all my parts from Josh!

  I was a little nervous buying used auto parts online or over the phone especially several hundred miles away but after speaking with Josh and experiencing his attention to detail, my mind was put at ease. I found Josh through a used auto parts website as he had the necessary parts for an older truck. After trading emails, and then speaking with him on the phone, I made the decision to have him ship them out to me. Communication was excellent through the entire process, shipping was very reasonable, the parts were as-described in excellent condition, and they were shipped as promised with tracking numbers. The whole process was a great experience!!
  
  In rural Colorado there aren't many places to procure used auto parts, so it's nice to have a reliable, honest, and cost effective source to keep my vehicles on the road. Thanks Josh!!
