We purchased a 2014 Mazda 6 from Ron Landers yesterday. Ron could not have been more professional. He made the entire buying experience stress free and painless. He was willing to come in early if we needed it. He is making a loaner car available to allow some minor repairs. It is not often that you encounter someone with his patience and understanding. If you are in the market for a new or used car, you must include a visit to Joseph Cadillac and Ron Landers.
Great fast and friendly professional service at better than average prices. They let you know that they value your business, and like having the opportunity to serve you.
Awesome service. Not pressuring, always has the staff ready for you.
This is the best service and treatment Ive ever recieved in this industry. Joseph Cadillac will always have my business!
Always kind, efficient and fast. Always works with you.
They have awesome service, I've been going here since it was Oldsmobile and the service has been the same. Friendly staff that's willing to help and they'll drop you off at work while your car is being fixed.
They have always treated me fair and good work
Heading back to Florida the day after Christmas and our escalade starts to run rough through the cut in the hill. Pulled over, called Joseph Cadillac and spoke with Chris. He told us to bring it on in and they would look at it right away. Diagnosed and fixed our truck and now we are on our way! Chris went above and beyond to get us on the road and we can't thank him enough. The service department stayed late to complete the repairs so we could continue our trip and get home. The entire staff was hospitable and professional. I don't think I've ever been to a friendlier car dealership. HIGHLY recommend Joseph Cadillac.
HORRIBLE after the purchase experience . Bought a $30,000 used Lexus that had brakes put on incorrectly at Joseph service. Took it to My Lexus dealer and they stated it was unsafe and brakes were installed wrong. NO shims or pad keeper clips. The dealership also lost the wheel key and would not provide one. They had to have used it to get the wheels off to put the brakes on wrong. A $460 cost on the way home from buying the car, and I haven't bought a new wheel key yet, Likely another few hundred dollars.
4 phone calls and a week later, everyone I need to talk to is on vacation or busy. I would think a $30,000 used car deal deserves better. I would suggest going anywhere else to buy a car.
