You can usually get what you are looking for. It would be nice if commonly used parts such as tire rims, tail lights, etc. were already pulled. I would be willing to pay more for this service.

This used to be a very nice place to go and get cheap parts, people used to be friendly, and it used to be enjoyable. Now that they are becoming more well-known they are now way overpriced. The only time it's worth going is the all you can carry for $80 days. And even that used to be only $50.

I have been going here for yrs & the other day I received the best customer Service Ever, normally its not very good. The checkout was very busy, I had some issues with finding stuff but the Amazement from employee Mr. Louis kept me smiling, positive & helped me with everything I needed! This man has a 5 star rating from me & I hope he is working every time I go back. Mr. Louis gives better service than any company I have ever dealt with! Very Professional. @hebron ky location.

Great place for used auto parts. Was able to locate several cars in their lot that match mine. Got all the parts needed for less than 1/5 the cost of buying new. Each time I paid the extra insurance to make sure the parts were good, luckily they have all been good the 1st time. I'll go back and would recommend this place to others.

Not what it use to be, they loved their people when I was growing up. I have recommended this place to countless friends but will no longer because today I drove over an hour to get there at 5:25, all I needed was a mirror that would take 5 minutes to get and be out. It clearly says they are open until 6pm and yet was still told to leave. I will not go back.

Nice place but the rear driveshaft for our dodge that we got from there didn’t work I’m thinking because of the way the trucks and etc are picked up

Good, cheap parts, warranty extra, staff was very friendly and helpful. They let my wife and baby wait inside where it was cool, while i pulled what i needed.

Five stars because there is almost every thing a person will need for there car, truck, or van. Saved a lot of money on used tires which were like new.

Well organized! Supply carts to roll around with!!
Prices for used parts are high I called for rotors( new 24 )(used they want 18 )pulled myself so 6 more I get new and save time also 2$ fee to get into yard in crap ;( other then that good place to goresponse / report this review -

Great people and great selection of cars, I would like it more if you were able to buy the whole car though.but unless if it's a 1982-86 type 10 cavalier I'm fine with that.

Over all a great experience from entrance to exit. Rep at register was able to point me into the right direction of the car I was looking for. And the area between cars are great size to remove the tank I was pulling.
