Came to Zimmer because I’m rebuilding my credit, needed a co-signer. Got my step mom to co-sign for me but she lived out of state. Was told that if I flew her in they were positive it would get done. So I spent $400 to fly her up here only to be told that they were sorry but if she didn’t trade in one of her existing cars that the lender wouldn’t go forward with the deal. So here it is Christmas time and I wasted $400 for nothing. I’m frustrated and out of $400. Not to mention I had my hopes up since Saturday only to be let down on Tuesday. AJ worked hard to try to get it done, but somewhere along the line there was a disconnect in communication, because the salesman backed off his original claim that it was approved and I just needed to fly her up. He really tried to throw it in my lap. I would not have spent $400 right at Christmas on a maybe. I was definitely told it was approved, then when we showed up it wasn’t. I really feel that someone should reimburse me the money spent for the round trip airfare at least!
Great service, Robert was helpful and incredibly patient with me and my family while I discussed and weighed my options on buying my first car. The whole process took us almost an hour passed closing time, but everyone remained friendly and patient despite this. I will always remember my experience here and will definitely recommend this to my younger brother in his first purchase, and all my friends. Come. My next car purchase, it will be at Zimmer again!
I was helping a friend's son, a first time car buyer with a limited budget. We came to Zimmer because we had heard positive things from friends about the dealership. Our salesman Charlie Bisang was very helpful and helped us to find the perfect vehicle within the appropriate price range. We felt no pressure which was also appreciated. The Used Car Manager and Finance Manager were also very helpful and made signing the papers easy for a first time buyer to understand. Thank you all for a great experience!!!
I bought my Grand Cherokee from here 3 years ago and get it serviced there regularly. Always quick and informative. I like that they will text you with service questions while they have your car. Very convenient! I'll definitely buy my next Jeep from them!
Avoid this dealer at all costs. Their customer service is non existent. No one ever answers the phones, texts, even face to face! FCA makes terrible quality cars, so the least the dealer could do is provide good service, right? No. The people are terrible, treat you like you are the problem with the car, never get back to you, do not even raise their heads up to acknowledge your existence. They treat you like second class citizens. There is nothing positive to say about this dealership at all. Take your money and go elsewhere.
Absolutely the best car buying experience of my 47 years!! I will send my friends and family here for sure!!! Love the staff and service
This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Zimmer. My sister and dad have also purchased from Zimmer. We keep going back because the staff is super friendly and always willing to help out. My salesman Cameron is awesome! He and Sandy worked with me to make sure I was able to get the vehicle I wanted. Tony in finance is great too! He is great at explaining everything you need to know and always has a smile on his face.
Once again an amazing experience at Zimmer. Cameron was extremely helpful and got the price into the range I needed. I have been shopping at Zimmer for 25 years and have always experienced fair treatment and excellent service!!
Awesome job Zimmer Jeep (they sell others stuff, but..)! Excellent following up and making sure I was taken care of. Wifes JK started random stalling, lights on dash, throwing codes. The Battery Cable "reset" didnt clear it. Was worried that she would pull into traffic and stall out, get bashed, so wanted it in ASAP!. Even though they were backed up, got me in today with a courtesy rental (since it was under warranty). They expected next week due to backed up shop, but did the fix today and got me in and out in a day. Ended up being a bad crankshaft sensor. Another reason this dealership is my goto dealership - 2 JK's, a used car, and maintenance and repairs. Thanks Zimmer!
Slow, slow auto shop. 2 hours and 45 minutes to install wheel chocks on a Dodge Charger. ETA was only 30 minutes. Embarrassing really. Meanwhile, I was entertaining a 9 month old that wanted to climb and explore everything. If you can't complete the job in the specified time, just tell me so I can reschedule. Don't mark fake times on the service sheet so you can get credit for it only taking 45 minutes. I was in toddler hell! 2 stars for a clean sales floor and a snack area.
Car shopping can sometimes be an all day event. The folks at Zimmer made my experience easy and convenient. The knowledgeable staff helped guide me through the lease vs purchase process with ease and had me on way with little delay. It was nice to have no haggling during the financing because they know and respect the online experience too and already have metrics for what a trade is worth and what the new/used vehicle can be financed for. I highly recommend you make Zimmer your 1st stop when looking for a new vehicle
First off, I am a 32 year old woman. I've had horrible experiences with dealerships and how I've been treated, except at Zimmer.
I recently purchased a 2012 Chevy Equinox from Bryan Marsh at Zimmer. I first contacted the dealership via the phone and spoke to Bryan. I called and asked about this specific vehicle. He wasn't familiar with that vehicle so he took my name and number to call me back as he wasn't sure if it was still available. I appreciated that he didn't start off by feeding me a bunch of nonsense. He called back very quickly after our initial contact. He was very honest and provided as much info as he knew about the vehicle.
We drove down the next day to view the vehicle. I did not have an appointment and just showed up. Although Bryan was busy with another customer he made me feel as though I was still valuable. He allowed me to view the car and test drive, alone, while he was with another customer. I really liked being able to make my own opinion on the vehicle.
I wasn't 100% sure on my decision to purchase the vehicle and there was absolutely no pressure by Bryan or anyone else. They didn't treat me differently and told me to go home and mull it over. They also agreed that it was totally fine if I wanted an independent mechanic to look over the vehicle. I decided I wanted this car!
Prior to driving to Kentucky I had already inquired about the price of the car. There were other Equinox's with similar year and mileage at a cheaper price. I brought up comparable and there was no arguing, they agreed with my research. So when the time came to talk about pricing there was already an agreeance. It was super easy and very comfortable.
Nobody tried to add extras or sell me other crap. It was a straightforward deal and I was aware of everything going on. I will totally call Bryan when searching for my next vehicle. You can't put a price on excellent customer service and no hassle vehicle shopping.
