I had a wonderful experience here. The service was so quick and efficient! I told her what I wanted and she did it! I feel very comfortable when I go here, you will feel accepted & welcomed! I seriously can not stop looking at how great my hair looks!!! I feel beautiful again!!!!!

I have been going to Sassy Salon for 12 years. Sue and the rest of the gang at Sassy are always very professional and excellent to talk to. In addition to great service they are also reasonably priced. I will continue to patronize Sassy Salon.

Very unsatisfactory service! My mother and I got the unlimited tanning package witch we thought was a great deal, however there is only one undersized tanning bed! Im a size 10 and my mother a size 6 and we were both left with A HUGE WHITE STRIP of UNTANNED SKIN down each side!!! You feel completely claustrophobic inside the bed as there is no room at all. When I brought this to there attention and asked for a refund I was refused and told there was nothing she could do, that I should lay on my side but the problem with that is there is NOT enough room in the bed to do that! Ridiculous that they only cater to one very small body size and don't inform you of this before they sell these packages! NOW IM LEFT LOOKING LIKE A SKUNK

Sue is awesome! She has been my stylist for about a year and I wouldn't trust my hair with anyone else! She made me the blondie I wanted to be but never was able to do it with other people. I even have my mom come with me now and she loves Sue as well! We are life time clients 😊

It was a very laid back but respectful environment. I had Sue and she was great. Not only was she very kind and passionate person but has amazing skills! She listens to what you want and makes it happen! I've never been so happy with the results of my hair. I will certainly return and also take my daughter there as well.

This place sucks do not go here at ALL. i went here twice. Both times i was so unsatisfied. I got Sammy, and she left bleach on my hair for 4 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When the other lady pulled it off she was like " wow im surprised your hair doesn't feel gummy" Gummy? do you know what that means when your hair is gummy??? That means your hair is so damaged and would just pull of your head. Thank god my hair wasn't gummy. But why would she leave it on my head that long if it was going to be gummy???

I purchased a gift certificate from Cincysavers. The certificate stated One certificate for a haircut, partial highlight OR full all-over color, shampoo, deep conditioning treatment, blow-dry and style. Your choice of a lip or eyebrow wax is also included and two bonus tanning visits! Low lights are offered for an extra charge.
My daughter only received 1 color, yet they charged her an additional $50. If you do NOT want to uphold your certificates, stop selling them on half price sites. I believe they completely took advantage of a teenager.response / report this review
