I was able to negotiate on line and over the phone from NJ. Brad Simcoe in sales was patient and professional. Steve in service gets a thumbs up 👍 on delivery also.
As for Winabago’s quilty control I’m a little disappointed.

I have recently purchased a 2018 Sandpiper 302L0K from Dave Arbogast RV Dealership. I purchased the unit through the online process as I have done before with my previous unit but with the different dealership. The online purchase experience with Arbogast was smooth and easy. I am from out of state so buying from Ohio was a good option to save couple thousands dollars.

After receiving my paper work for the purchase I noticed that document and title fees were additionally included to the the final price. The final price that was agreed on with the salesperson Tyon had all the document and title fees included. I said okay no problem will go ahead sign the documents since it was a late Saturday and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to change it. Also, I couldn’t wait till the start of new week since I had to have the RV as soon as possible.

I said to myself this looks like good faith dealership (great reviews online) and they will honor the agreement that was made and refund the overpayment. I was wrong, the dealership changed the version and indicated that the additional fees need to be included to the final price that was agreed too. I have ever since tried to get in hold of the sales manager and I have left him several voicemails on the matter and no response as of now.

After receiving the RV there was several quality issues found with the unit. Several cabinets doors have wooden knots that have complete holes and cracks on them. The trimming incomplete underside of the bed. The corner wall trimming throughout the interior the nails are visible. Bed mattress not as per the MSRP of the unit. A/C unit protection guards scratched and second unit bedroom wall unit not working. Dealership response take it to your nearest Forest River dealership to resolve issues. In my opinion all this items should have been checked and resolved by dealership before selling to the customer. Buying a new unit and having this type of problems to start off, and having the dealership tell you take it to you nearest dealership which they are basically tell you it is your problem now to resolve is not a good at all.

The after sale customer service experience is very poorly as they don’t respond to the voice mails or emails sent regarding support on the issues above. I recommend that if you are from out state or buying online be aware as you might run into the same issues as I did. Luckily I saved some family members from purchasing a unit from them. They have good reviews online but the reviews are not good at least for me. First and last purchase from them.

We bought our fifth wheel sight unseen as it was much cheaper than buying it in Washington state. We were happy with the customer service during the process and after it was delivered. I would buy from them again and would recommend them to my friends and family.

I drove from Texas to buy my Travel Trailer here. It was a very smooth process the whole way. There was no pressure and the pricing made it worth the trip. All of the staff was professional and friendly. Big thanks to Stacy (sales) and Preston (finance) for all of their help and patience along the way. Bought a 2018 Micro Mini Winnebago 2106 fbs. We were totally pleased with the purchase from first contact to delivery. Treated us just like we were buying a big rig. Service even help me with an item I installed myself. Would highly recommend them and that's really saying something in the RV world. Don't hesitate good people to deal with.

When my family decided to upgrade from a travel trailer to a fifth wheel, we did a lot of research to decide exactly which floor plan and model we wanted. Once we decided, we also searched dealers and prices all over the country to understand what the best deals were. We have several local dealerships within close range of our home in NC, but quickly found that Dave Arborgast RV could offer the selection and price that no other dealership could offer. Yes, we drove from Charlotte, NC to Troy, Ohio because of the price and availability of the Forest River model we wanted. We saved several thousand dollars over local dealers, plus got a 2018 model instead of a 2017! Not to mention the entire sales process from beginning to end was the most pleasant encounter I have ever had buying any automobile or camper. Everyone we met at Dave Arborgast was amazingly friendly.

We purchased out first RV, a Class III Minnie Winnie 25B, from Arbogast RV. We live in Western PA and originaly came here because we had a conversion van to trade in and Arbogast was willing to give us the best deal.
What we didn't expect was the level of professionalism and responsiveness from our sales rep Brad Simcoe. From working up the trade, to navigating the financing, to ordering the RV we wanted, to delivery, Brad was right on top of it!
If we decide to get another RV someday, Arbogast RV and Brad will get our business. Well worth the trip!

I really want to thank the guys at Dave Arbogast RV Center! I was in the market for a travel trailer for work, but do to my late hours working, I wasn't able to make it before closing time. Brad Simcoe the (RV sales associate) was able to stay over late and allow me to check out the camper. I want to thank Ben (technician) for taking the time after hours to show me all the workings for my camper and installing my distribution hitch. And to (Matt Jennings) finance mgr. who missed out on dinner with his family just to finish off the deal. I really appreciate all the crunch time you guys put in to make this deal happen!
