I went to Mr Moreno with a simple probate for my father Mr Moreno explained since he had been dead for and few years this would be quite simple.
Mr Moreno prepared the paperwork while I was in his office. I paid him $750. He said it could take 2-3 months but with Covid possible longer. My check was cashed on 11/20/2020.
I waited 5 months before I started calling Mr Moreno’s office weekly. It took him 4 weeks to return my call. He told me in May that he would check with the court on the hold up. If he had indeed done that he would have realized he never filed the paperwork .
I was told by another attorney in that office that they were gonna prioritize my case and once filed I could receive the probate in 10-14 days. It has been over a month with no word from the court or his office.response / report this review -

Highly recommend. Jose and his office helped us close on our land purchase in 2019 and also handled our construction loan closing. He was was very responsive and even stayed late to get everything done for the construction loan. He took time to answer all our questions and was very engaging with our 3 young girls as they were trying to wait patiently for us to finish. We learned about his 3 boys and his mother's visit with the Pope. When all was said and done he walked all the girls to the car under his umbrella and then paid for our celebratory dinner at O Sole Mio Cucina Italiana, which is now our new favorite Italian eatery. We will definitely be visiting again. And anytime we need legal advice we know where to go. Thanks. The Catanzarite Family

Jose is a true professional. He and his office are friendly, efficient, attentive, and provide excellent service. They helped us with two separate closings where they went above and beyond what was required to make sure everything went smoothly. I would absolutely choose them for any future closings and and recommend them to anyone.

Jose has handled many of my real estate transactions and personal matters. I find him to be very professional and helpful. There's not many attorneys that will pick up the phone and offer free legal advice that they could charge a fee for.
