If you have bad credit and felonies this is the place for you. That all this place is good for. Have to fight for a decent parking space if you live any where other than the front building. When you move out don't expect your deposit. Had to threaten with court just to get a fraction of what was owed. Make up things just to keep your deposit. Management/owner is rude and acts like she has not time for you when you have issues. So glad to be out of their. Very few people stay longer than a year!
