we were sat at a dirty table. when i asked for clean silver ware she did not get any.ordered chocolate milk was brought white milk ..walked out very unhappy this used to be my favorite..

Fantastic food - we loved everything we tried. I suggest the shishito peppers, calamari and the roasted buffalo cauliflower. The bread is to die for too! Service was wonderful - our waitress made the meal very enjoyable!

Brio's menu is excellent. The shrimp and grits is my favorite. Everything is good! They have a great happy hour menu and for folks who like to eat later, a second happy hour starts at 9:00 pm. The new decor is inviting and coupled with the great food, great service and a great place to eat, you must simply stop by and have a meal. You can have private parties and they have a menu for catering. Love this place!!!

Had An Absolutely Lovely Experience Here! Got The Lobster Bisque, Kale Caesar & Split The Pasta Pesto. All The Food Came Out Very Timely, The Server Having Spaced Out Each Dish With Perfect Timing. Our Servers Name Was Persophone, Quite Literally One Of The Best I've Every Had. Very Polite & Professional, Great Hospitality. Even Had Our Shared Pasta Dish Pre Divided & Brought Out To Us On Separate Plates, Really Focusing On Our Overall Experience. Will Be Back Soon With Friends For Sure!

I have never given a "bad" review to a restaurant but this could not be excused as understaffed. Server was terrible, ticket time was horrific, even wait for drinks was unacceptable. At the Bravo concept I ALWAYS had excellent service & food. I look for this restaurant to have a very short life.

Good and service is always excellent. Unusually go with the shawarma rolled or the kabob plate with rice. They put cinnamon in their rice. Tastes great! Sometimes I'll get a fruit smoothie, very tasty as well. Their hot green tea is good on a cold day. I also often get the house salad with Aladdins dressing. All great!

Our waitress was helpful deciphering the menu which was full of a wide variety of freshly made Italian specialties. There was zero wait time for seating and we enjoyed the atmosphere at our quiet table. A great place if you love Italian and are looking for a special date night.

I used to dine there but never after last night dinner; when the waiter came to deliver the drinks, he spilled a full drink (mountain dew) from the tray over my 2year old daughter, she was terried and crying and I had to take her to the bathroom and wash her hair and change ALL her clothes. the waiter was very apologetic and did a great job at helping us and making sure we are happy as much as he could. However, the shocking part was that the manager never paid a visit to our table to apologize about what happened or offer us anything. I had to ask to switch us to a different table as my chair and her chair were all wet, and when our waiter wanted to move us, another waiter refused claiming they are his tables, and I had to talk to him in order to get the table; the manager didn't bother to do anything about that either and my husband had to step in and tell the other waiter that we have to get the other table.

When my husband called the restaurant today to complain, the manager who responded said he knew about the incident and claimed that he talked to me (wife) about it,. He asked me and the only thing I asked him was about the waiter's name and he said his name ( I didn't know he was the manager), that's it. I can not believe how he would claim such thing. I am very disappointed in the way things were handled in the incident; This is totally unacceptable in any customer service standard.
