I hate Kohl's. As a manager in retail they undoubtedly have a good business model but it is so, so dishonest. Retail price is absurd and to get a better price you need their credit card, their flyers in the mail (15, 20% off, etc), and "Kohl's Cash." These things keep people coming back thinking they're getting a good deal when in reality they're only paying what they should have paid in the first place.

Got great deals just in time got Christmas. It pays to sign up for their e-mails with the coupons they offer. Just show to coupon from your e-mail on your phone to the cashier amd cha-ching!

Good selection of clothing. Also they sometimes have awesome sales. I've gotten shirts for like 2 dollars a piece before. Most times they are way more then that though.

This use to be an upstanding clothing establishment. But, lately the stores a mess. Severely understaffed. A 2 minute in and out takes half an hour pulling teeth with the one associate in back with way to much on his plate. Tidy up, satisfy your customers, and don't scowl like I'm unwanted.

Terrible experience at this store. After spending more than 10 minutes walking around men's clothing section looking for an employee (was not even busy in the store at the time) I finally found 2 men. One was wearing typical Kohl's employee attire and the other, who I assume must've been some kind of manager, was wearing a sport jacket. I politely asked them if they had anyone working on the sales floor that could help me. After staring at me for a moment with a puzzled look, the one in the sports jacket answered in a agitated tone of voice that yes there are people working the floor. He exchanged an amused glance at the employee next to him and there was another awkward silence. Finally he offered to answer my question. All I needed was a simple white button up men's dress shirt. A very simple item that any store that carried professional attire should have on hand. He told me that no, they do not carry them. He said I could order it online. I had a couple pairs of pants that cost $65 each that I was willing to pay for to support local business, but after the way those men handled the situation I changed my mind and put the items down and exited the store. Store's wonder why they are shutting down to online stores like Amazon, well this is why. Rude employees and lacking basic items. I will not be returning to this location.

Today while going school clothes shopping we ran into a lovely bunch of girls while I only got one of their names (Tina) I want to say kuddos! You guys are amazing! Not only was it one of the few times going there but you girls helped so much, and I will be returning because of your customer service, Thank you!! 👏

Local to Battle Creek, what can you say, it's Kohl's. Usually clean and well stocked with a good selection of clothes and shoes. Close to Lakeview Square Mall, Sam's, BestBuy, restaurants, etc.

Excellent service and very friendly staff and managers. I would recommend it to anyone. Clean store and dressing rooms are very clean. Will be back again soon.
