  Stopped here while having Hayletts the camper store next door do some work for me. Its like a big city coffee shop with a more small town atmosphere!

  Weekly stop for men's group and a few times throughout the week for great coffee, wonderful atmosphere, and the best staff on the franchise.

  Service was kinda slow. Great quality of food and beverage. There was some lady, who i could only assume was an employee off the clock standing in the area where u pick up your drink talking to all the employees. I think that was slowing down production

  Coffee was good, better than starbucks. However, I've been in here 3 separate times with different people and the credit card machine has had an issue reading each card, each time. It just made me laugh.

  It is what is. Highlight is that you can mix your own coffee beans, buy them and grind them at home. The Michigan Cherry is delicious, but should be blended with another darker roast.

  Compassionate people work at Biggby's. In November I went through the drive-thru just after having my beloved 16 year old cat put to sleep. I was grieving. When the young woman who took my order at the window asked about the cat in the crate, I blurted out that i was bringing her home to bury her. When i tried to pay for my coffee, she said I owed nothing. She had bought my coffee for me.
