The reserved parking is close to the building, which is always appreciated. I was disappointed to find out that the fitness room is still closed. By now, most facilities have opened with precautions. We professional drivers have no other options to maintain a somewhat active lifestyle, especially when the weather is bad. Please reopen this before we all die of heart attacks 👍

Monday December 14th approximately 10:15 p.m. I don't know who the rude lady is short dark hair older gal wears glasses at the fuel desk is, However she has a really nasty attitude this evening toward all the customers that were standing in front of me and to include me are not trash we are hard working.. Apparently she forgot to realise that were here is not for her she's here for us. Not one person was disrespectful to her she was just flat mean nasty and rude to the 3 gentlemen standing in line there including myself and her statement she made that my boss's money was no good then Me calling him in front of her she said I didn't say that the truth is she was just too lazy to run the code She has a poor customer skills. Shameful!

I stopped September 18 2020 at around 11:20a.m to get Diesel and food the 2 black ladies behind the counter they were just talking to each other about personal stuff not caring about customers waiting and the white lady was doing all the work cooking and helping customers. Come on petro is this the best you can do hiring that kind of people. Won't be stopping here ever again.

The kiosk machine in by the front door for shower does not work properly. This is ongoing for several months. I will only come to this place if it's absolutely positively necessary. Bathrooms are outdated and it's ridiculous to have to spend more money than you need to just to park here.

Took my 34 here . Nice and quiet . As for paid parking oh well it doesn't bother me I would spend some money in the restaurant anyways . Although I must say I liked the fuel island food more than the buffet in the main building. Turkey legs were amazing. If drivers wouldn't trash the lot and dispose their garbage in proper places it would be much cleaner lot. Why can't we all respect each other's work? There is a person out there who cleans all that mess than why make his or her job so miserable?

I work here in the fuel island and I have to say my assistant manager handles everything so professional and polite. I've discussed with several drivers why the choose petro over loves which is right next door and they seem to like the lot, there's a lot of room for there trucks, we have The reserved parking the perfect spot of the lot, I've been told the prices are decent for a truck spot and I've had a lot of customers tell me that it feels like they're seeing family when they come here and that's what I love to hear being an employee here. It means everyone's doing there job and the customers are happy and making friends while there on the road. :)

For a place that isn't an actual restaurant, the turkey leg I had was so "fall of the bone" delicious. Even though they were running short on some food items, it was still pretty good.

Lots of parking but with a catch, you are going to pay for it if you stay longer than 2hrs. Sucks when you legally have to park your rig, and this is the closest place. Sucks even more so when you consider how many other Petros do this (which is bar none) and take further consideration in how many Pilot, Loves and TAs do this ( which is also bar none). Avoid this place if you have to take a 10, perfectly fine for a 30min.

The food is great, but it sucks because you to pay to park and now they turned the whole front rows into extra pay parking spots so if you get here to late you'll be paying just to get in then another $14 to park.

Don't utilize Verizon Cellular kiosk. Not part of Verizon, and this place will lie and misrepresent the product. Good luck trying to get any issue resolved, because Verizon does not stand behind this place.

Food was pretty decent. Buffet looked pretty rough but it was 1030 when i went in. Decent parking. Paid lot unless you spend 25 dollars inside. Blue beacon also on site. Back parking lot has cdl training during the day. Overall not a bad northeast truck stop.

Very clean place. Service at the Iron Skillet was quick and professional. Pleasantly surprised. And if you don't speak enough English to understand when someone is telling you you're doing something illegal, maybe you should go to a different f-ing country.

Paid parking is the norm in the north east and Florida. Have been here several times, have had no real issues. Only thing is no other major truck stop in area, and parking can be a bit tight, a petro/TA norm also. Oh, the Loves.no even an option
