What a fall Jetblue has taken. My pregnant wife & I were removed from a flight because we would not accept a terrible flight attendant's rude & inappropriate behavior. Jetblue refused to compensate us, even according to their own published standards, as we were delayed overnight & nearly 12 hours. Shame on this once terrific company.

I hope this is the way to review the service of. JetBlue. My first time flying with this airline. My itinerary was Tampa-newYork - vegas.
The good service start at the moment t when someone make the reservation for you. I believe the great success with this company is their staff. Friendly and helpful. Do not remove humans, it would make a huge chance on the service you provide. Nothing better to greet friendly staff than crazy machines for everything.
Nice and comfortable seats with room for your legs. String wifi and friendly process on how to use it. Water, soda, coffee and snacks part of the package.
Yes. Yes. Yes. Great job JetBlue !!!!
I will make an effort to book with them every time when flying in USA.

Really miss the early Jetblue airlines ✈️ been flying 😢 😫 with Jetblue airlines since 2001 domestic and international forwarding 2022 Airlines been poorly 😢 😭 😫 and careless about the ppl, delayed schedules charging for seat 💺 carry-on 🧳even wifi kinda disappointed because this airlines was reliable and convenient guess nothing last forever 😢 (don't mind to paid the price is the service is on point otherwise Good Luck.

My flight departing was a great experience. The plane was clean, the extra room seats were totally worth it and they actually had healthy snacks. I just wish they would get their website sorted out.

They should not be in business at all. Besides hours of delays the planes themselves are filthy. There was so much dust in the craft I was happy I had to wear a mask. They don't give a hoot about you or your safety. Pilots that showed up were heard complaining about being on shift over 15 hours - that can't be good!
Staff doesn't care either - they rather be on the phone . Avoid them, you're probably better off walking anyway. I hate you, JetBlue and I hope everyone running your company dies of COVID!!
