Great prices and quick turnaround time. K2 set up 4 ductless units for my my home in the middle of the summer and I couldn’t be happier. Great attention to detail and did not leave a single detail unfinished. Highly recommended to anyone looking for air conditioning for their home.

Called to have my unit checked. The tech was on time and detected a problem with my fan motor. They were over charging me hundreds of dollars for a part and to replace it. Basically for a ten minute inspection they charged me 200 bucks, after agreeing to have the part installed they charged me an additional 600 dollars for the part and labor. I waited a combined 18 days for my unit to be serviced, lots of calls were unanswered, numerous messages left, no response for weeks. Finally, I decided to order the part for myself and it arrived in 4 days. I had the part installed at half the price the same day I got it! When I called to cancel the job, they said the part just arrived, bs!
