Lashawn is amazing. Her customer service is the best. She was very friendly and acknowledged me as she was with another customer. Great advice and conversation. The hair is very beautiful and soft.

UPDATE :
I had my hair sewin done on Friday, November 11th. Now, on November 15th , the ends of this hair are very nappy, hair shedding everywhere. I cut the ends yesterday, and a few minutes ago, now it's back nappy.
The sales lady deserves 5 stars but I don't like the quality of this hair, that's why I changed my review from 5 to 1 stars cause I can't give 0 stars.
It looks very beautiful but the ends are very nappy and rough feeling almost like when the hair is burnt.
The hair felt amazing when I got the install on Friday. Now, on Tuesday, I can't run my fingers through my hair.
NOVEMBER 20th this hair is stiff, look at the picture, hair doesn't move. I washed it and the body waves are not there, period.
I should have have ran for My life when I purchased 3 bundles of body wave. When I went to get my hair done, I realized they gave me 1 deep wave and 2 body wave bundles.response / report this review -

SCAM HAIR: After being a customer for 11 years, I’m officially done. Lol I tried to support, and hoped the brand would get better quality hair, but they’ve failed. My last two purchases has been “garbage hair.”
I’ve added photos of the ends of the hair for you guys to see before purchasing hair from True Glory.. Save your time, and save your dollar. You’re better off buying the hair from the gas station. It feels great at first, but as soon as you apply heat, it’s smells terrible, and the hair starts to crumble,STIFF 😂😂😂, matted same day of install, it’s so bad, I can only laugh at myself! If I could rate the hair a zero I would. I ordered Brazilian body wave clip-ins at the very end of December for them to be dyed to the color of my hair. I've purchased hair from this company twice before so I trusted the hair I would have received would be good quality. I took the clip-ins to my hairstylist so the hair could be professionally dyed and installed. Unfortunately, after her attempt to dye the hair, the integrity of the hair began to deplete. Due to this hair mishap, I was unable to have my hair done. The hair is very stringy and responds to the dye as if it was synthetic hair. The texture of the hair is very slimy and has not been able to maintain its curl pattern (body wave) after being dried. This hair is absolutely garbage and I am very unhappy and unsatisfied. This is not what I ordered. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times and no one has answered. I am not happy with the hair I received and I won't be returning ever again.

This was my first time ordering a True Glory frontal wig and I’m disappointed. The wig is not a true 13x4 frontal wig. The wig construction made it very hard to install. The sides are less than 2 inches and only the middle part will give you a true 4 inches. If you get this wig and want it to look flawless you will have to either remove the frontal completely and sew down a better one or you’ll need to cut into the front to make the sides wider (not ideal). I will not be repurchasing a frontal wig from true glory

I am highly upset. I ordered offline some 613 bundles. 3 bundles and closure, costing me near $700 plus dollars not to mention the money I spent for my install. After only one week of my installation, the hair began to matte. I tried washing it, letting air dry and tried argon oil, nothing worked. I am a person that takes very good care of my hair but I was very dissatisfied and disappointed in this hair. I don’t see myself ordering from them again.
