I spent a great deal of time working numbers and getting the right vehicle, Scott was my salesperson and was fantastic to work with. Brad was true to his word on my trade! I love my new truck and never felt forced or pushed in what I needed, They did the finance, delivery, everything easy over the phone with the covid issues! Thanks Guys!

Amazing experience! We enjoyed working with Chris Newman and the team. They were patient and accommodating as we considered the options at that location and at other dealerships. Not at all pushy. When we settled on our new vehicle, they worked with us on an acceptable deal. We're quite delighted! Thanks Chris, Gary, Brittany, and team!

I wanted to thank a moment to say thank you for the great experience and service. I personally come from a GM family where my Grandfather, Uncle, and Father were all employees of General Motors each for over 30 years , My family takes pride in General Motors which made the bar extremely high. Jerry Seiner did just that, showed great service and took pride in every step of the product and sale. If you are looking for a Buick or GMC in the Salt Lake area and looking for a dealership that takes pride and honest every step of the way, Jerry Seiner North Salt Lake is the place to go.

These guys are SHADY!!! Just went there this morning to test some cars. I like one and we are talking about it’s past. The salesman is scrolling through the CARFAX and I see a red flag pop up and he quickly tries to scroll up so I can’t see it so I say “what’s that?” Turns out the car had been reported as a total loss due to theft. I ask “does this car have a rebuilt title?” And he says “let me look into it cause we don’t sell cars with rebuilt titles”. The salesman was actually a pretty nice guy. Anyway the manager comes back, looks at the screen and says “oh that’s just a theft. So once they found it the title was good again. Theft is not something that worries me. We’ll take a little off the price for that” They even brought me a copy of the title and said “See, if it were rebuilt it would say something somewhere” ( like it’s gonna have a big red void stamp or something). Stupid me actually makes an offer on the thing and THANK GOD, they wanted me to finance through them instead of using my pre-approved loan so they could accept my offer. Which threw up even more red flags that they were up to something. I walked away, and talked to my bank who informed me that indeed that car had a rebuilt title and they were trying to pull a fast one on me. Not only with that, but by having me finance through them. I later called the salesman and informed him that it was a rebuilt title FOR SURE, and that I was no longer interested. And out of curiosity, I went back to the ad later in the evening to see if they had fixed the information, and had not. I assume not because they’re trying to pull the same fast trick on the next unassuming victim. Why would anyone ever buy a car from people like this when there is no shortage of reputable dealers around? Crazy!

It's almost impossible to find a dealership nowadays that is truly focused on the customer. This group from top to bottom is focused on the people they serve, whether it be sales or service. Great dealership, I'd recommend them to anyone.

I've taken my 2011 Enclave to this service center multiple times, and I've never left feeling warm and fuzzy. The last experience was the worst. Unfortunately, they were the only place I could find to fix the problem I had, so I no choice but to take it to them. After paying through the nose for the diagnostic test, I was charged $50 to tighten 10 bolts. They recommended a $2400 fix that was totally not critical. I opted out of that one. I set an appointment for a Saturday, but they had no record of the appointment when we dropped the car off, so we had to wait until Monday to get the work done. They gave us a loaner vehicle, which was nice. While fixing the diagnosed problem, they also charged us for parts that should have been included in the original bid, so that rubbed us wrong too. We will continue to avoid this shop.

After several satisfactory service appointments with this dealer suddenly things changed. My 2015 Impala was returned to me dirty and lacking many of the previously offered services, such as tire pressure checks and fluid top offs etc. I had to ask for the windshield washer to be refilled, wiper blades replaced and tire pressures adjusted. One of the tire pressure monitors was left off (wanted $140 to replace). The wind shield washer had been filled with plain water causing immediate icing while on the freeway.
But a more serious issue surfaced when I discovered the technician cross threaded the oil pan drain plug, destroying the threads. The service manager adamantly disclaimed any responsibility.
People make mistakes.that's a given. But standing behind those mistakes is a basic principle for any business that expects to build trust with it's customers. Needless to say, I am disappointed with Jerry Seiner in North Salt Lake. I expected better.

I always have a great experience when I get my car serviced. The mechanics are great and I feel I'm treated very fairly here. This is the only place I will go to for car maintenance.

We appreciated so much the great communication with Cameron. He kept us informed and up to date on what was going on with our vehicle and he dealt with the warranty company for us as well. He took the time to go over the bill with us item by item. When we asked if the vehicle repairs could be completed by Saturday instead of Monday or Tuesday the next week, we were accommodated. Thanks for a great experience!

Thank you so much for making your customers feel important and valued!! When I scheduled my first appointment to test drive a car (Autumn 2016), they had my name on a tag on the car I wanted to test drive. When I walked into the lobby, my name was on the welcome sign!! Talk about feeling like a star. They all greeted me and said they were expecting me which was nice. I didn't purchase that car (it was me; not them).
Last week (Dec 2016), I saw a different vehicle online at their South Jordan lot. I emailed the NSL store late in the evening. The next morning, I received a call from them. Within 3 hours, they had brought that car from South Jordan to NSL where I could test drive it. Again, when I arrived, they had my name on the car tag and in the lobby with everyone greeting me. Their manager and sales staff treats you so well and truly care about their customers. Needless to say, I purchased my new car right after my test drive. I purchased a 2016 Buick Encore, an awesome vehicle which I love. Although they have an inventory of high end vehicles, I felt like I was driving off with a Cadillac. -- Thank you, Carri from Sandy, UT.

I did not expect to buy a Cadillac but when we visited Jerry Seiner Dealership in Salt Lake City, I could not believe how warm the personnel were especially our sales man Jack Yalacki and our finance manager Dan. Jack has an exceptional knowledge of the car that we were buying and showed us all the features of the vehicle. Dan, the finance manager gave us the best deal ever. The way they treat their customs were so impressive. The ambiance was just so welcoming, makes you feel at home. They have the nicest bathroom in most of the dealership in town. I' glad I stopped by Jerry Seiner Dealership. My husband was so impressed with the way the personnel treated us that he is thinking of buying a Cadillac SUV at Jerry Seiner Dealership. Thank you guys. Mae Kleinschmitt

Scot was the most helpful, thorough, and tentative salesman. He definitely made our experience a very pleasant one while buying a brand new car. I highly recommend him and the Jerry Seiner crew!

We had a vehicle that had been side swiped and we were going to repair it but then the transmission failed. I reached out to several dealerships to see if we had an option to trade it in as is and Jerry Seiner N. Salt Lake was the only dealership that responded. I was very fortunate to be put together with Scot, he bent over backwards to help us and although the vehicle is a little more expensive than we anticipated we are very happy with it. The only thing I didn't like was that I felt like I was being bullied into Gap Insurance, this isn't mandatory and a lot of insurance carriers offer it for much less than the finance company or the dealership, it also seemed like the upgrades were not an option, that we had to pick one of them until we firmly said no thanks. Otherwise this was a highly pleasant experience and I will recommend Scot to everyone I know that is looking to purchase a new vehicle! We're so grateful you took the time to reach out and all the hard work you put into getting us into this beautiful new vehicle.
