We have been renting properties in the Blowing Rock area for 20 years, more than 10 of them through Jenkins Rentals. They are always easy to work with. The search method they provide for finding a property that meets your needs is easy to use, and we have never been disappointed in any of our selections. We will keep using them, because we will keep going back to Blowing Rock, the area is just so gorgeous!!

Jenkins Rentals is an excellent company to work with. Christy answered all my questions quickly and was extremely well versed in all the properties and the area. We so have enjoyed our stay at Bishop's Ridge near Blowing Rock. It is the most up to date, cleanest, great quiet location. The property is well maintained and the unit well decorated and the screened in porch with great views. Being able to bring our Scotties was an added plus. Thank you Jenkins for a great mountain get away.

I recently rented from Jenkins RentalsRoyal Oaks Condo #315I have rented this same unit before and it is clean, comfortable, and nicely arranged.the two bedrooms are separated by the living area so there is good privacythe furnishings are comfortable, perhaps dated but I feel the reasonable price is in line with that observationJenkins is an outstanding company to work with if you are short term or longthey are professional and the staff (Kate, Brad, Christie) are most courteousI am returning in August for another good experience with this condo and Jenkins.Many thanksNancy C from Kitty Hawk, NC

August 15th-24th 2017 visitjust returned from staying at the same condosince last time, new owners have taken overtwo new TVs, new chairs I believe are on order as there is only the sofa in the LR nowwill rent again on Octoberonce again Jenkins stepped up to the plate and delivered two chairs from their office so that local guests would have a place to sit in LR.Brad, Kate, Christie are a delight to work with

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mountain Memories property. The view from the porch is stunning, and being able to eat and relax bug-free on the 2 screen porches in the evenings was a nice treat. The house is well-appointed; we had everything we needed to cook meals and feel comfortable. The location is great - centrally located to Blowing Rock, Grandfather Mountain, and Linville. Easy drive into Blowing Rock, about 5 miles/10-15 minutes away. Jenkins was easy to work with and accommodated our Sunday check-in. We will use Jenkins again for rentals!

My husband and I wanted to take one last "couple trip" before the arrival of our first baby. My husband picked the place, and he did a great job! The realty staff were very professional and helpful, and the cabin was beautiful! We really enjoyed the privacy of the cabin (Andreas #3), while also being close enough to both Boone and Blowing Rock to be able to go eat or shop easily. Some of our best times that weekend were eating lunch on the porch, hanging out in the hot tub, and talking together on the comfy couch upstairs. The ONLY reason I'm not giving this four stars is that it just needed a LITTLE more cleaning prior to us arriving for our stay. Otherwise, it was great. We have already started dreaming about renting the cabin again with our little one, and inviting our family to stay with us in the extra bed and bath upstairs.

My family and I stayed at Timber Ridge in Blowing Rock this weekend. This is an annual trip where we stay somewhere new each year. That tradition has now stopped-we will forever book this location! The house was stunning, clean and what a location! The management company was helpful and the instructions needed for the weekend were very clear. I would highly recommend anyone looking to visit Blowing Rock to check out Jenkins Rental -Timber Ridge home.

My family and I rented a home during Thankgsiving with Jenkins Rentals. The house was fantastic with awesome views and clean accommodations!
It was easy to get to and had a paved driveway and great parking!
Booking was easy via phone call. We had a few minor problems in the house with the water temperature in 1 of the showers not getting hot, the heater in one of the bathrooms would not turn off (had to turn off the breaker), and the elevator did not work. The kitchen had ample pots and pans and dishes. Could have used more silverware since we had a total of 16 adults and 3 children.
Also needed sheets for the sofa sleeper, but were able to get them right away with calling Jenkins office.
Overall, I would recommend this house, "Green Hill Grand" and would definitely like to rent it again.

My wife and I along with two of our children, their spouses, and four young grandchildren spent a fantastic 3-day weekend at Carolina Alpine. Carolina Alpine feels "away from it all", but is actually quite convenient to Blowing Rock, Tweetsie Railroad, and an entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway. We found the house to be very clean and well stocked with appliances and utensils. Carolina Alpine is very spacious and perfect for large families. All the games and videos that were provided for kids and the exercise room for adults were a "plus" for our family. The agents I worked with at Jenkins Rentals were very helpful and responsive in helping us find the perfect house for us. I would definitely recommend Jenkins Rentals and Carolina Alpine to a friend.
