  Jay’s towing saved my day this morning. Some idiot parked in front of my garage and made me late for work. Jay sent a truck to my house and I was able to finally leave! Jay and his driver were very polite, communicated well and responded quickly. Would definitely recommend!

  0 stars! Worst towing company ever! Had no regard for my vehicle, driver demanded I pay soon As he arrived 6 hours later with no updates!! Didn’t even hook into the tow hook slot to bring the car up! Did I mention charging me a waiting fee because the driver arrived 10 minutes before I did to the drop off only because he rudely DEMANDED I go get cash to pay! Supervisor was very rude and threatened to not unload my car off the truck and send it back to the pick up spot if the “wait” fee wasn’t paid. Driver didn’t even leave my vehicle in right spot ! I’m overall DISGUSTED with this company and would not recommend to anyone unless you feel like having a horrible day!

  Prompt service for Friday at 9:30 pm. A vehicle was blocking my store entrance and my staff was not able to get inside and do drop off. Jay’s came to the rescue 👍. I used Jay’s a few times already and very pleased with their service. Thank you for the professionalism 🙏🏻

  Excellent service. I needed a jump start, they got my vehicle up and running within 15 minutes of me making the call. Very friendly and professional staff. I would definitely recommend. 5/5👍🏼
