Edit 9/5: I did speak with Keli and Miles and did get my lanai repaired. I am still waiting on Apex to come clean up their mess and check out all the concrete piece that are on my lanai floor and patio furniture. Running low on patience.

I really hope other communities who are thinking of hiring Apex to reconsider. They have left our community a DISASTER. Their garbage has been here for 4+ months so we had to get legal involved. There is more Their roofing work seems to be good but they left holes in most of our lanais. They also failed to meet the deadline so we all owed over 1k in extra HOA fees. They even team up with a lanai repair company because ruining lanais is so common. Don't do it!! I've been waiting for 4 months to have my lanai fixed and they keep postponing it. I wake up every morning and open my blinds to overlook the lake with all the mess from the roofers. They also left nails all over the community and reimbursed my neighbors for the hole in their tire.

While I could not use Apex roofing for my particular situation, Chris DePalma and Kevin O’Neal went above and beyond in helping me in ways they didn’t have to. They are true professionals with integrity, which is saying a lot in todays world. I highly recommend this company!

Apex received my insurance settlement check, after mortgage co and myself endorsed it as my insurance company UPC was on the verge of going insolvent. They got my 23,000 check deposited it. Waiting to hear if it will clear. Got confirmation from insurance company it did. I have proof and copy of cashed check. So attorney who Apex referred to also got 9,000 who cashed fine. I either want my funds back or my roof replaced ASAP as I can’t get new insurance without the replacement.

Great company to work with. My insurance company only wanted to cover a very small amount of my roof damage. Thanks to the team at Apex they covered the whole replacement less my deductible. The roofers were quick and very clean, they are some of the hardest workers I have seen. I’m in the construction industry myself so I know how things operate and they exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Apex roofing and restoration.
