Morada renovated the whole interior. New management, new furniture , floors and Chef There bringing new residents!! This place is turning around! I am impressed!! The med tech are super amazing to residents with 24/7 care . Seems more of a family atmosphere now more then ever . I am loving the changes !! My family is extremely happy with the outcome!!

At first they had me I thought it was a good place to work at as well but it was a lie I even remember recommended people to work but I called everybody and told him don't go I would never recommend my family members to come over here or anybody's go somewheres else to protect your elders it is not worth it the best employees get fired or let go well the ones that don't do anything stay they also don't respond to the individuals when they call they also leave individuals in their room to when the individual needs full on assist

The biggest mistake I ever made in my life was moving a loved one to Morada in 2023. There are many reasons why, but the most important is that they NEVER answer the call button. Whether you have an emergency or any request, they ignore it. They say they do, they don’t. Especially at night. I would never recommend this place.

I had looked around at several retirement communities in Albuquerque, and was not impressed until I found Morada Quintessence! Not only are the grounds maintained (nice and clean) but the staff I've encountered have been very helpful and compassionate. Especially Andrew Pacheco who gave a tour of the property. He was very knowledgeable, and his customer service exceeded my expectations!! Thank you to all the staff at Morada Quintessence for making it such an easy decision!

My mother was a resident at Morada Quintessence in early 2022, before she passed. Not only was my mother’s care impeccable, the front desk staff, care staff, and management were incredibly compassionate with and accommodating to our family and friends. My mother moved to Morada after moving from another facility, and while at Morada, her bed sores cleared up, her incontinent needs were taken care of timely, she was bathed regularly, the kitchen staff worked hard to find her food she could eat, her room was kept clean, and her clothing and bedding were laundered regularly. In particular, the care staff never left my mother’s room without making sure she was in reach of her call button (an issue we had at the previous facility she was in). The facility was secure from outsiders and COVID protocols were followed, keeping residents and visitors safe and healthy. Highly recommend this facility.
