Justin was extremely helpful with helping my husband select the H&K P30-L, also known as the John Wick gun. Customer service was great and the staff was helpful with everything.
Great Shop and very pleasant folks. I enjoyed the moment!
Thanks

Hi Great place friendly staff they have a lot of fie armsto offer you have a gun range you can try out fire arms before you buy them become very helpful
Good assortment of guns to choose from. A little pricey but they have stuff that most other places are sold out of. Range prices are fair.
Most over priced shop in Bay county and that's saying something when there is C&G sporting goods. Its shops like these that feed the 22 ammo scare with insane prices. Dont forget everyone working there is better than you and knows more about the gun you researched for weeks because its sat on their shelf for awhile collecting dust. Its alot cheaper to buy online and pay a $20 ffl transfer, which isnt through them.
The guy who owns this place could use a lesson on customer service. He is so rude and borderline terrifying. He followed me out and wouldn't leave me alone. He kept hovering over me no matter what I did. I finally ended up leaving. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Unless you enjoy buffalo bill hovering over you while you conduct business.
Nice to be in the a/c When it's raining and still be able to shoot at some targets. It just has a way of making me smile. Also the folks at Jay's are very helpfull and if I might say, a pretty cool group of people.
Fantastic staff! They went out of their way to make sure I knew exactly what I wanted.
A great place for newbies or advanced shooters. They offer 1 to 1 classes for everyone from those that have never picked up a firearm all the way to advanced training. Their customer service beats everyone in town.
Staff is very helpful and friendly. You can rent almost any pistol and try before you buy. Prices are generally marked at MSRP or even higher (!) but I have found that if you get down to it they will negotiate (no they won't match online superstores). I have paid maybe $30-$50 more for my 3 pistols than I would have paid online. A reasonable compromise considering the cost of maintaining a B&M establishment with a range and getting to try the exact gun I will be buying.
This is my favorite place in Panama city, the guys and girls at Jay's Guns IV are super friendly, knowledgeable and professional I have purchased several guns from them and they always have the best price on new and pre-owned guns. This is the only gun shop that I know of around town that is a class 3 dealer(you can purchase a suppressor or shoot fully automatic guns)and they offer a concealed carry class and the instructors make you feel at home. I was terrified of guns and the instructor put my mind to ease and taught me how to shoot. They also have a indoor range with A/C.
I have always found the staff friendly and helpful. I have shot on the range a number of times and they also often have ammo that no one else in town has available. Never bought a gun there. Have gotten some quotes, but they were all overpriced. Can drive to Marianna and one shop up there will match any price you find, even online, if you bring in documentation of price. I will say this, when they first opened, I joined at the $50 per year price. When I went in for the second time to shoot, they had no record of it and I had to pay $20. I sometimes shoot in the woods in places where it may or may not be legal. Don't shoot at Jay's in hot weather or you will be well baked by the time you quit o else you will quit before you wanted to because of the heat. Still, nice folks though.
