I recently bought a dirt bike from Will at Champion and overall it was a great experience. I made several trips when trying to decide what I wanted and the staff was always laid back and easy to deal with and didn't try to pressure me into buying anything. I even had my kids with me and the staff was super cool with them too. Highly recommend.

Brian was phenomenal help! He was very informative. I never felt pressured like people normally feel at a dealership. When I purchased the bike, we went over all of the paperwork and if I had any questions they were answered. Austin delivered the bike on time and gave some good advice about aftermarket parts. It is a great dealership! I would recommend anyone to use Champion Honda!

Went from Titusville to Cocoa on my day off to get a set of tires balanced. Fair price, friendly, informative, knowledgeable staff. Took less than an hour. Just enough time to browse the new candy as I call it.

Got home and told my brother where I had been and he was surprised that I even got serviced today, let alone so quickly.

Will be back to get wheel bearings replaced (old motorcycle).

Saw the negative reviews in the yellow pages but can't figure out what others' problems might be with this place. I have no complaints. Highly recommend.

This dealership has a very friendly, knowledgeable and honest staff. I would rate this dealership as one among the best in Florida due to their service, wide range of vehicles offered and honesty of the staff.
I bought my motorcycle from Champions Honda Kawasaki and they stuck to the agreed price - something that's becoming increasingly uncommon. Great experience overall and definitely recommend it if you're in the market for a new ride.

After calling champions Honda when looking for a bike for my son I talked to A gentleman named Trey he was very helpful, from the very beginning of the experience all the way to the end he even stayed late to show my son everything about the bike and give us the best price possible we are very pleased with champion Honda and treys excellent customer service and kindness. Every single person I came in contact with was awesome. Trey &Mike Marconi did an amazing job answering any questions and with follow up. Austin was so helpful with pick up and delivery when it was time for a service on the Rancher. I couldn't be any happier with theses guys. This was definitely the best buying experience I have had when purchasing ANY vehicle. The staff was friendly and helpful. Brian was the first rep that I talked to on my Kawi and Scott Ross was the rep that handled my transaction through to the end. Both were professional and accommodating. Skip, the finance rep was hilarious and made the buying process simple. I typically don't write reviews, but these guys deserve 5* all the way.

Got my first bike from here. Very friendly staff. I especially want to thank Patt Arnold for helping me out there the entire time and also the other staff for answering any questions I had. They kept the atmosphere friendly while getting work done at the same time and making sure the customer wasn't nervous or felt odd at any time. It's my first time getting any vehicle so I was naturally a little nervous and I also had no bike experience, but they walked me through the whole process and guaranteed they will be there for any issues I come up with. If you're looking to get some great deals on sports or cruisers, this is the place to be in Florida, definitely.

1 year on from my last review and now have bought 3 bikes here, all from Mike!
Great shop, great people and never had an issue here with sales, parts or service. Great place! These guys are willing to go the extra mile for you. So easy to deal with and speak to. Everyone on the shop floor to the offices are nice and respectful of you and your time.
Bought a new helmet here and love it (Shoei), they helped me find the perfect one. Bought full touring kit of saddle bags and top bags which they recommended and it worked out amazingly. They really know their stuff, couldn't be happier!! Thank you again guys!!!!

I just purchased my second bike from this dealership, and again it was a pleasant experience. I live 90 miles from the dealership, but it was worth the trip.
From the salesman(Dan), all through the process I felt as though I was treated with respect. The salesman was very knowledgeable and I received a very fair deal. I will return if buying another motorcycle.

Every time I have gone into Champions, everyone has been really great to me. I just purchased my second bike there about 3 weeks ago and was very pleased with how quickly they were able to get me a loan and with a great interest rate. UPDATE: Norm (The Manager) has gotten in contact with us regarding the issue, and has said he is going to work with us to resolve our issue regarding the bike. So far he has been very nice and professional, and has apologized for the way we were handled prior to him contacting us, we hope to have our issue resolved quickly.

I would never recommend anyone to go here! My husband had his oil changed on his 06 yahama v star. The bike only has 10k miles. He only rode the bike 2 weeks after that and it broke down on him! He checked the oil and it was completely gone! Now the bike is getting repaired for damages at another shop! Note: The bike had no problems prior to this "oil change"! We tried calling them to let them know what happened and they said it wasn't their fault and wouldn't help us! Obviously the person who changed the oil didn't pay attention to what they were doing and now we are stuck paying for the damages and we haven't had our bike in 2 weeks! STAY AWAY FROM THESE AMATEURS!

I was looking to buy a new motorcycle. I had asked price in the most of Florida's Kawasaki dealers. I found a good deal in Orlando but Mike (Champions Honda/Kawasaki in Cocoa) gave me the all Florida's better price on the Kawasaki Z800 2016. My financing was approved in just 24 hours. I love my new bike. I went to pick up the bike with my wife and my two daughters. The guys in the dealer were very courteous with us. Thank you so much!!

I visited Champions Honda for the first time ever on Saturday and the customer service was top notch. So much so that my first time ever walking in I walked out with a brand new motorcycle that I had been looking for about a month or so. Patrick Arnold took care of me and got me a great deal on the bike I have been looking for. They did not have the particular model I was looking for in stock but within minutes had a rep from their store on his way to pick up the model I wanted from one their Orlando location and even delivered it directly to my house. Between Pat and the GM the customer service was second to none and they made me a great deal. I would recommend them especially after I went to multiple dealerships and did not get the customer service or a deal anywhere close to what Champions could offer. It was worth the 1+ hour drive and I will definitely come back again.
