Aweful & unethical customer service!!! Very disappointed!!!! Been looking forward to coming back to Jamie's for over a year, our group purchased close to 20 bottles last year, & we were coming back today for more!!!! Staff made eye contact with us, but did not come up to the register to help us, we had to go to the back & ask for help, we had inquiries about purchasing wine, & this lady acted like she had No time for us & was not interested in helping us!!!
WELL too bad for your business Jamie!!! We went elsewhere in Galena to purchase our 20 bottles!!! We will be telling our friends to no longer purchase from you!!! BIG MISTAKE TODAY LADIES!!! HUGE FUTURE PROFIT LOSS FOR YOU!!!!

Went in to sample wine, upon entering the Owner approached me and couldn't have been more full of herself. Own a Vineyard in California, and just wanted a tasting. She carried on about her money with the Blackhawks and how much she has. Very pompous and was not friendly, plus she was half in the bag. Over priced and wines were scale 2 of 5. I do not recommend this disorganized over rated dump.

Jamie is the plain real deal. My butt is for sitting and not kissing. She is sin sear. And that is refreshing. We have meet the best people there and I am picky. Went for one drink and then stayed for hours. Last but not least u have to meet Kim. Not only physically beautiful but pur to the heart.

I wouldn't even give Jamie's Wine Studio 1 star but I have to give her something to post a message. We drove hours to Galena and found Jamie to be of NO help. My wife tried a wine and when I asked the name of it she acted like she didn't want to tell me. I am not someone that goes in a wine place and says that I am actually a beer drinker yet she chose to help a beer drinker and didn't want to answer my questions. We were hoping to make a big purchase for an event coming up in August that I was expecting to cost in the thousands, but I quickly realized that she seemed to be a shady person.

A must see place any time when in galena. The owner was amazingly sweet! My wife and I love her sooooo much! Wine was perfect, beer was cold and the service was more than could be expected. We actually felt like we were at a friends house! We love you Jamie! Thanks for such a great experience.! Hope to see you again in September!

Wine lovers weekend was a fantastic experience at Jamie's.
Food was beyond belief. Wines and vinters/distributors were most informed and cordial.
Staff was fantastic.

Jaime's Wine studio was great!! My girlfriend and I went in since we are students and locals of the area. We always like to explore new locations and of course different wines. We saw the studio and went in to see what the place was all about. It was fantastic! Jaime the owner, greeted us and gave us great tips on experiencing different wines and what to look for to wine pairings with food. She is extremely knowledgeable about her wine and what to look for to help our her clients. We loved the ambiance of the place and the wine that she actually let us try was fantastic. I love talking to her as well, from one business owner to another, she was able to relate to our experiences and we connected really well which makes me want to come back every time we go to Galena, IL. I highly recommend her studio for a great combination of Atmosphere, knowledge, tastes and functionality. Look forward to being there more!
