Excellent attraction for anyone traveling route 66. Has a lot of history related to 66

Best place in town to have a great meal, laugh with friends, and meet new friends. The restaurant has so much history it us a must stop for anyone traveling on 66. Btw, eat a piece of pie. and get one to go. You will thank me later.

Food service was a 5 stars but the food itself were an eye openerI ordered a prime rib sandwich OMG was it ever thin. I'm guessing all their food are frozen unless they have their special of the daythere were 8 of us that meet once a month at different restaurantsthe salad and chili were "good"hamburgers and pork tenderloin were thinthe fries and taters tots were good. Will I ever go there again for foodI hope notto meet to have a drinkyes

You are dining in a true Route 66 legend. Aside from the restaurants celebrity statue you are treated to friendly service and great food. I have visited Old Log Cabin Inn many times and have never been disappointed.

Haven't been there in 6 yrs, ordered fried chicken one night, went and picked it up and got home and ordered 2 chicken dinners, took them out of bag and they were melted together, U DONT TAKE FOOD RIGHT FROM THE FRYER AND PUT IT INTO A STIROFOAM CONTAINER, HOW STUPID CAN WE GET!!!!!!!!!!!!

good people, good food, good bars, good outdoor stuff, plus on historic US Route 66 (3 Route 66 drives the BEST 1926-1930 Route 66, the 1930-1939 US Route 66, the by-pass Route 66)

Love places like this. Old style Route 66 diner. Food ok. Come for the atmosphere. Have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Try a party melt.

This was our first stop on the Mother Road, arriving here late afternoon after a tiresome drive from Chicago and stopped because the EZ Guide recommended it: we weren't disappointed.
A warm welcome followed immediately by hot coffee and iced water set us up for tasty hot food in very large portions, all provided by a genuinely obliging hostess.
She took an interest in our road trip as well as looking after us right well, and she and the inn deserve as much custom as you can give them.response / report this review -

I really enjoy eating here. The food and desserts are great and the friendly atmosphere of an old route 66 destination is a must visit.

Highly recommended the #3 breakfast special. Breakfast served only until 11!! Great comfort food and awesome service. Definate route 66 stop.
