Absolutely love going to Jack's , unlike other grocery stores I am not crowded with people and no long waits at check out line . I have yet to take advantage of day care center in the store but I think it is a brilliant idea and very convenient for the moms on the go .

I ordered a cake for my daughters 1st birthday today along with a smash cake. They forgot to make the smash cake and as a result just whipped one together in a few minutes which was not what I asked for. This is the 2nd time now that I have ordered cakes where they have been forgotten and I feel just whipped together quick.

I love the quality of their meat and produce. Other products are priced higher, but they have good sales. Always understaffed during the week for normal lunch hours, so waiting in line is typical.

Clean and well stocked with pretty young woman wiping down cashier area. Nice selection of bagels and muffins cakes and pies. Meat counter had mice selection of steaks & chops. It was early and the store was easy to get around in all the aisles

Nice clean store. But some of the customer service staff are awful if that young lady with the dark hair who acts like she's in charge at the service desk isn't about the worst manager ever and a few of the cashiers are the same not nice at all I just saw a nice lady purchase enough food for a holiday diner and her check did not clear there machine she paid on her credit card no problem then the cashier asks the service counter lady to come over she asked what she needed? Cashier asked again for her to come over so the cashier asked if they keep the declined check or give it back,service counter lady just said give it back to her in front of customers the lady said on her way out to her why didn't you announce it on the p.a. system too,I hope she never shops there again I wouldn't if I were her.and me and my wife have encountered her attitude a few times so after what I saw tonight might not go there til she's gone and all the staff are nice like one should be in customer service,your store is only as good as the people who work for you.

Well there's three within 7 miles of each other. You kind of have to grocery shop there either way. They have good deals. But their coupons suck. Every one is "limit one" well I have a family of 5.

Love the daily deals, especially when I don't feel like cooking. The chicken is an amazing deal on Thursday. The pastys are really good but expensive.

Sales are a good value. Salad bar and deli are reasonably priced. Produce is priced at little higher than competitors in the area but good quality. Friendly service.

Best pasties in the area. Referred by the wonderful women from the local post office. We grabbed lunch and sat in our truck for lunch with a glorious lake view.

The store in Menominee MI is definitely better than the one in Marinette WI. Great selection, great produce! Always something new to try! Prices are pretty reasonable too! Friendly staff :). Great gift shop and florist area as well!
