Unfortunately after several visits,we have decided to take our dog elsewhere, the staff was very polite,the clinic very clean,accessible and modern,
yet it is our belief and experience that our dog's situation was treated primarily as a business. cycle upon cycle of the same tests and the same medicine,for almost 2 months, delaying a surgery,causing infection and no resolution.
Our dog is now cleaned up from infection,with a schedule surgery, looking amazingly well after just one visit to Old Orchard Animal Clinic.
Hope for them the very best and hopefully is not anyone else's experience anymore.response / report this review -

I loved Dr. Willis! He obviously loves his job and treated my Gus like family. He took so much time to explain everything to me and give me the next steps for treatment. The staff was wonderful and the time I spent waiting was minimal. Also have to mention Nikishe's the best!

I have never met a more carrying physician in my life, in human or veterinary medicine. He has cared for our animals for over 14 years, since we first moved to the area, and treats them like family. His broad knowledge of his profession has allowed our pets to live well beyond their life expectancy. I recommend him to everyone.

I don't normally take time to write a review, but I care a great deal for my dog and have been disappointed by several Veterinarians in the area. So after finding a place that truly cares for animals and their owners I wanted to share my experience in the hope that it will help others in the area find great care for their animals.
During the initial phone call to set up the appointment we went over some of the basics and then I was told that they would reach out to my previous Vet to get all of the pertinent medical information, which for a disorganized person as myself this was a great help.
When Dante (my chocolate lab) and I got to the facility we were promptly and kindly greeted. Dante enjoyed the genuine attention and new found friends.
The whole experience was great, the Veterinarian took time to explain some of the things Dante was going through and the best methods to assure that I have a healthy boy for many more years.
Since the visit I have called three times to ask different questions and to get clarification and every time I have been pleased with the help and truly thankful they were willing to spend the time to discuss with me.
Lastly, the pricing was very reasonable and at every step of the way it was discussed with me in detail to make sure I was comfortable with any proposed treatment and at no point were treatment ideas offered that seemed ridiculous or not needed.
