My mother is 96 years old and needed new, updated hearing. We saw Dr. McKee in Pontiac. She was wonderful, very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Mother has had her new hearing aids for about a month. She is thrilled with them. It was a wonderful experience for both of us.

I have been a long time user of Bloomington Normal Audiology. Over twenty-five years.They take the time to fit you with the brand of hearing aid that works best for you. All brands are not the same, as all hearing losses are not the same. Hearing Aids are not cheap, so it is important that you are fitted by a professional who cares, and will take the time to assure you have the right Aid for your loss. And their service is tops when it comes to checking, cleaning, and fast turn around when you need a repair.

Walked in with my Father-in-law hearing aids who was new to the area. They had us up and running in just 15 min. Very professional and courteous.
