The entire staff was awesome! The demeanor of the office was welcoming from the time I walked in the door. Each person demonstrated a caring attitude and took the time to answer any questions that I had. I recommend Bloomington Eye Professionals to anyone in the Bloomington-Normal, IL area. I would actually travel a reasonable distance for service like this. This office is amazing. Thank you!!!

I felt comfortable coming in to Dr. Brtva's office. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Everything regarding my vision was well explained in a simple manner, and my questions were all answered. I'm glad I was able to meet and get my eye care done here.

I had a great experience with Dr. Brtva and his staff. From making a first time appointment on the phone to walking out the door, everybody was very kind and informative. Each member of the staff made sure I knew exactly what they were doing and the purpose of it as well as if any of it would not be covered by my insurance.

I am quite satisfied with my experience with Dr. Brtva and his associates. I never had a problem with anything. I already knew what the charge was going to be before I went in, I always will ask if there is going to be an extra charge for anything before I make my appointment. That way I'm not surprised when I'm finished.

I love the staff. They are very helpful.
