My wife's glasses fell apart and she made an appt. with these people at JCP optical outlet. The appt. was not for 2weeks after she went in and made the appointment. So JCP did not call the insurance company for 2 weeks to see if she was approved/due for glasses. So then JCP calls and states that the insurance company won't approve any glasses or contacts 2 days before her appointment. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!
