Had such a great time on Sunday Dec. 17, 2017 won free tickets to Browns game and stopped in since I was already there. The staff and everyone was professional and friendly. They had the type of slots I enjoy most, the ones with lots of bonus games. It was so fun.

Like any casino around there’s never enough money to spend and my KENO NUMBERS come up on the screen before or after I’ve played them. Nice place to play and the drinks are strong. What can I say? Have fun and good luck!

Whenever I come I always enjoy myself. My most recent visit I was showing a friend the site for the first time and everybody was friendly to her. The JACK makes Cleveland a more complete city to live in.

Well The Jack has hit a new low .
After a hard week at work I decide to go to the Jack for C Appreciation Day to play and unwind .
After a 40 minute drive to Cleveland I find that C players are not able to park in Valet tonight .
Great plan to have C Appreciation Day with drawings starting at 6:15 PM and not allowing C players to park in valet after 6:45 pm .
Why have drawings if the players can't park . I will not even try to go for the Top Player Drawing night I have an invite to .
Thank you for the relaxing good time !
80 minutes of driving and no chance to enter the drawings .

The self park was full as well
The entrance was blocked with a sign stating full .
I do not mind self park . I can walk!
You planned an event for C players and made it very difficult to attend .

I had dinner at the buffet for the first time! It's senior day on Thursday..for $5.50 the food was delicious! I will be making more trips on senior citizen day! The service was excellent!

i am almost a regular, until today i have experienced the worst service ever, a security guard today asked me how old i was and when i told him he called me a "pathological liar" and just so i understood him correctly i asked him did you just call me a pathological liar ? he then nodes his head and said yes. I was also in there earlier today and used the same state issue ID i always use however the same security guard told me i cant let you in because my ID wasn't working in there system when i used it earlier that day,he called a supervisor down to try and same thing happened when i asked can you take my id and try another system she didn't even bother trying and tell me we cant let you in. Im extremely disappointed and this casino will never see my face nor any of my family and friends .

When is phase two going to be built? This place doesn't have a very welcoming or safe feel. I don't think one person that works there smiled or said hello to us the whole time.

I would of gave 4-5 Stars but the experience we had in the parking garage was kinda scary for my wife. For myself I seen what was about to go down. I kept my calm and got us out of there without much trouble. You could use more security in those area's. I know you have camera's but wouldn't have helped us.

I am generally pretty conservative playing slot so I don't lose too much, but I could not win at all in this place. There slots are obviously set to not pay out. I'll stick to my horseshoe at home.

My wife and I went to the casino to celebrate our wedding anniversary and didn't really know what to expect. From the time we walked in to the time we left was a wonderful experience. The first person we saw was Cheryl, behind the membership desk. She was very nice and even took the time to take us to a slot machine to show us how everything worked, then took us on a tour of the area and fully explained everything we needed to know. It was a blast and we will be back.

We had a good time playing, the reason I rated this casino was the fact that I didn't like people in the exit hanging around. We felt like we were not secure. I didn't feel safe leaving the casino. It brought to my attention more when the employee had asked me to be escorted to my vehicle after winning some money. Which was very generous! Thank you for the experience. Need to take care of the people outside hang around in the exit.

Casino sucks. Have visited many times, never win. Total scam. Machines tight, and card shufflers are fixed. Buffet has gone downhill. Insulting comps. No points towards Vegas anymore. Appropriate name, that's what you win, Jack! I wouldn't even give it 1 star.

I always have a good time at the Jack and go often. I play with money I can afford to lose and not more then that.The last few times IV gone its been hard to get something to drink while playing and there's also been highly intoxicated ppl who take the fun out of the experience. Thank you Jacks for the fun times.

I've come here a few times and I usually enjoy this casino but last night was a terrible experience. My group was there for a few hours just taking our time and enjoying our night. We were all waiting to meet up and leave by the exit. I was just standing there looking at a text when an employee came up literally screaming in my face telling me I cannot be taking pictures. It took me a few seconds to even realize he was talking to me because I had no clue why he'd be yelling at me. He continued to scream in my face telling me I couldn't take pictures. I'm not normally a sensitive person but the employee seemed to be beyond stressed out. I was only glancing at my phone. I think maybe I was confused for someone else who was causing them problems, that's all that made sense to me, but that was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had anywhere in public. It definitely ruined my night and I don't want to go back there. So here's a warning to anyone who uses a cell phone in 2017, be careful, you may get yelled at here!
