Just stop in today and very happy that they got the blackjack tables down to $5. They do need a little more security down by the parking lot, last time I was there we had some homeless guy asking us for money and followed us into the elevator.

Great place to gamble. Lots of winners the night we went. Non smoking casino with smoking in outside rooms with games to play. The only negative about the casino is the wait for soft drinks. It's not self serve so you have to order from your machine and wait for it to arrive. All in all a great place to have grown up fun.

Went for Wild Out Wednesday comedy show. Not as funny as the first show a month ago. The last comedian which was the headliner was crazy hilarious. Loved his performance. Would go see him again. Next show will be on December 27th. Good time out!

Awesome atmosphere. Free valet. Don't forget your ID. Go sign up at front desk to start earning free play money. Loading money into your card costs $10 fee. Have fun and I hope you win! My 1st time there I won $2.65 yea!

We had such a great time and I even won $80 on the 1 cent slots. Lots of parking lots in close proximity to the casino and it was just beautiful inside! Wasn't crowded, but we were there on a Wednesday afternoon. We will definitely go back when in the area !!

Super nice casino. Good parking. Nice slots we even left with more money than we went in with. They bring free non alcoholic beverages to you. Order right from the slot machine.

I used to be a security guard here when I lived in Cincinnati . I would have to say this was a great casino to work for. The customers made me smile and my co workers made me feel like family. Every job has ups and downs but for the most part I really enjoyed my two years I put in here. I met some really great people and it only made me grow as a person. Really forced me to step out and face my anxiety working for this company . Bishop & Gregory were my supervisors and I have nothing but the highest respect for them. Such great patient people. Carolyn & Rick were great as well. These people really supported me through my whole journey. Very great experience.

Nice Place. Need Better Help. Drinks should be at least Discounted while Playing Machines. Buffet was Excellent. Enjoyed Drinks and Entertainment at ROCK. Maybe Better Variety of Slot Machines.

This new ownership is pathetic. Just ask the employees and regular customers. They obviously don't understand a gambling customers' mentality as evident that they recently decided to decrease weekend free play coupons by 80%! When I asked the question as to why, both Jennifer, head of hosting and the head game manager, forgot his name, stated they would call me. Neither did. My casino host? Never took an initiative to meet me. I had to seek him out. A real disappointment to be sure and given the competitive alternatives in Greater Cincinnati, I've taken all my business back to Hollywood.

Well it's simple, if you like gambling (on any level-penny slots to high roller tables) you'll enjoy Jack's. They also have a great selection of types of food and venues in which to eat. Plus a helpful staff.

Was kinda fun in the beginning but lately it doesn't to matter whether I use a players card or not I don't seem to have any luck. So if you like giving money away this is the place to do it cuz they sure as hell aren't giving you any. Good Luck!

Great way to pass time. Payouts are decent, but obviously not predictable. Best thing about Jack is the Crab Leg nights. Yum!

I'm not a big gambling person but this casino is great. There is great service and the games are always fun. Food is also extremely good.

Love it. Great place. Wish they would bring the Green Machine back. Staff is great. Buffet needs more variety. Also flavored coffee creamer should be an option.
