Its really good but they took alot of stuff off appatizers like deep fried mushroons.steaks are a bit pricey. But its good service. Never have to wait for your meal more then 15 minutes.

We were told that this is a home town favorite..and they weren't pulling our leg! The food and service are awesome! We'll definitely travel the distance to eat here again!

First time experience at this location and I firmly made up my mind that I will never return again. Unfortunately I cannot leave zero stars. I would if I could, the experience was that bad. The wait staff apparently has so much time on their hands to gossip and socialize among each other. We had to wait to get drink refills. The waiter was missing so many times that other waitstaff came to our table to clear plates and refill drinks. I ordered a New York Strip Medium Well that came out almost rare. I could tell as soon as they sat it on the table. After having to cut into it, you could definitely tell it was more like Medium Rare not matching any pictures in their menu. It sent the steak back twice and their incompetent chef still could not get it to Medium Well. I told the waiter (that we had to flag down again) to give me a box and I would take it home and cook it myself. Needless to say they had time to gather back in the kitchen to discuss the steak not being prepared correctly, yet still could not get it right.

Had the olive burger it was very good, my wife had a new York strip steak asked for it med/well. It came out on the rare side the waitress responded immediately and said that's not what I put in and took it back. Great service.

Service was excellent. A very cozy atmosphere. The only gripe I have was with the steak I ordered. I would have had an easier time chewing through boot leather. So, if you're thinking of dining here. I recommend ordering something else.

Good place to eat in Brooklyn. Service is exceptional! Unfortunately the children's menu prices are getting quite high. For example it's $6.99 for kid's chicken tenders.

I would usually give JRs a better review but due to being ignored. There were only four tables seated. Five waitresses here and I believe the hostess totally forgot about us until I got another server's attention. 15 minutes without water. The food was good but very slow service today. Just paid the bill and it's been way over an hour. Sorry guys but you really need to pay attention to your customers.

The waitress was really nice and took good care of me. The garden side salad was what I'd expect to find at any restaurant and the sweet potato fries were a little overdone. HoweverI was SUPER impressed with the smothered chicken. That was the BEST chicken I've had in a LONG time. I live 2 hours away and was in town for a one-time occasion. However, I'd definitely go back if I ever end up in this area again.

I have always had a good experience here. Me and my wife don't come often, but when we do, we leave satisfied. The food is good and the service has always been great. I would say it's like Apple bees, but maybe a little nicer.

Nice atmosphere good selection. Nice people enjoy the up $12.99 on one menu item/meal free, on your birthday, with id. Fridays have good prime rib
