I found this salon and Taylor through a stranger's referral on a Facebook group, while searching for a place that would cut my hair outside. My super long hair has been my identity for over a decade, so I was very nervous to cut it and had lots of questions and a very specific idea of how I wanted it to look. From beginning to end, Taylor went above and beyond. She was really friendly and patiently answered all my questions. She was the perfect combination - she listened to what I wanted, but also lent her expertise on what specific things would/wouldn't work for me and why. Since she cut my hair outside, I didn't leave with it styled. When I went home and styled it and wanted to change a few things, she had me come back free of charge so she could fine tune it, and it was perfect! I just moved to Nashville after 15 years in New York City, and I can honestly say this cut with Taylor is one of the best haircuts I've ever had. Will definitely be back!

I absolutely LOVE this salon! I followed my hair stylist to this salon and i've honestly felt more comfortable within the first five minutes at this salon than I did at the previous one. The girls are SO nice here, they always find a way to make conversation and i'm the hardest person to talk to while getting my hair done. I will always recommend this salon! I see Tori but honestly all the girls there are amazing!

The staff here are very friendly, and it is very easy to get an appointment. The place has a nice ambience, although the coffee machine was not working that day.The hairdressers seem like they have a lot of experience. However, the hairstylist that I had on my first visit cut my hair a lot shorter than we had discussed. I was a bit surprised and disappointed. She was nice, but a little bit reserved and didn’t talk much. I would still go back to this place again, but probably would opt to have a different hairstylist.
