I had the steak maui with a wedding party here tonight. Talk about delicious. The steak was nice and juicy. The waitresses were professional and fast. I can't wait to return.

We went for the first time yesterday. The restaurant is very nice and prices are ok.
We don't care about price if the food and services is good.
Table next to us twice asked the waitress for there tea. So that means twice she passed out table. Third time around I finally called her and she acted out of sorts. Finally after the third time she brought the table next to us the tea and the lady asked to speak to the manager.
About 10 minutes later she comes to our table with 3 warm no ice glasses of water.
Half hour later our good comes out and as we thought it was cold!! Everything was cold. Another waitress was walking by and we told her the food was cold since we could see our waitress.
We told her this was our first time there and were very dissapointed. She apologized on behave if the other waitressresponse / report this review -

REALLY bad experience the other night Monday, 9/25/17 for my daughter's birthday. Despite leaving two messages for the manager to call me, she never did. No one ever did. I used to be a regular at this place - ate there a few times a month. Not sure I'll go back after being treated so poorly.

A top shelf establishment. Great food and service. We had the deviled eggs to start. Then two perfectly prepared ribeye's and potatoes. Great wine list.. several unique reds that we had not seen before. Dessert was the bread pudding. Nice touch! We will gladly return!!

So
I ordered the grilled salmon and it was GREAT!! It was tender, flakey, and seasoned to perfection! I had the dessert first and it was by far the best dessert I have ever tasted!! I will give this restaurant a 100!

Great food, great service (Jackson) - enjoyed a business dinner. On top of it all - I lost my receipt and the manager (Jeff) looked it up on their system and emailed me a copy for to submit for reimbursement. Top Shelf outfit in every way!

We went to celebrate my birthday and my mother in law for mother's day. Service was excellent, the server was really kind, fast and very friendly. As for the food it was good but not great, the steak and fries needed a little bit of seasoning and the steak was very bland. Also I asked for the stake as med rare and it was a little too medium for my taste. But besides that, it was a really pleasant experience and I would recommend it to my friends.

The food was really good. Went here for my birthday dinner. Very low lighting. Nice place to either unwine or for a romantic type feel. Had the spinach dip as an appetizer. They only have wine selections huge list of wine options. Had a steak it was nice and juicy and very tender. Had the mac and cheese is very different but a great choice. It is also in the same complex as an outlet mall.

Just returned from dinner at J. Alexander's in Norcross, GA. Sat at the bar by myself, as always, and had great service, however, the food was sub-par ! Caesar salad was great. crab cakes were good but not as wonderful as they used to be. They used to be made by hand and these looked as though they were done in a mold and the sauces were drizzled on top in a pretty fashion but they were too spicy at first taste.not anything like they used to be. Ordered Haricot Vert with them, instead of the French fries, and they were so salty that I could not eat them -- and I love salty ! The bartender went and got more and they were not only almost raw, they were completely tasteless! So he brought me a side of steamed broccoli with some sort of sauce on the side that was indistinguishable and the two of them together were very bitter.SO disappointing, after the drab green beans. It was by far the worst meal I've ever had at J. Alexander's and I've eaten there dozens of times. At $66 plus tip it was $81 (one cocktail & one glass of wine) and I wish I could undo the bad experience AND the tab. It will be a while before I go there again.

This place is is consistently good. There food is great, and the servers are friendly and always smiling. The burgers are simply perfect! I've only been J. Alexanders's for lunch, with co-workers and I will say that unless you get there early (11:30) you should make a reservation. It is ALWAYS busy! It's a very active an noisy restaurant, and the noise is probably why I gave it 4 stars. Maybe that' just a personal preference

Very impressed with the server (1406 Danyell) and wish all the restaurants I go to are like her. Very attentive and natural to please me! Food is great too and could not believed that I even enjoyed the salad and coleslaw! Thanks and I'll definitely come back again!
