Great bikes. Service was great. The island is really bikable, and set up for it. We had no problems navigating around the city, and getting to and fro in a reasonable time. The beer we had after was so cold and really affordable.

Other people's bike baskets are NOT TRASH CANS!!!! WALK YOUR LAZY BUTT TO THE TRASH CAN LESS THEN 10ft AWAY! It is not my fault you left your bike on the corner of Front for a week out in the weather.

i entered this place through the back yard. I asked the two gentlemen outside if I could rent a couple bikes. One said yes and directed me to walk around building while he went inside.
After making me walk around. I see the same guy at the counter! Now, I walk with a limp. I go everywhere on bikes because long distance walking is a problem for me.
So I say again that I would like a couple bikes. Now there are two employees in the store. The younger one stays in the back. The older guy ignores me and answers the phone. He has a customer right in front of him talking to him. He has a co worker and i assume he has voicemail.
He didnt say "i have a customer ahead of you, can I call you back?" to the phone call. He proceeds to carry on a conversation!
I said to my wife after about a couple minutes "I'm not waiting much longer"

I gave up an left. Found another bike shop

Bikes were 'ok'. Nothing wrong but had no shock absorbing in the seats or suspension. The service was horrible though. Very very rude and curt. The 12 hour rental which started at 11am had to be back by 6 PM, but he didn't tell us, I had to ask when we left what time they closed. Otherwise you get extra fees. When we arrived to return the 12 hour rentals 6 hours later nobody was there, after waiting around for ten minutes someone arrives and says 'take them around back' What's that mean? Around back? We pushed our bikes around back but there was no signage or people to receive the bikes. Just left them with the locks on the street, at the empty building we eventually found with other bikes parked at it. Great feeling leaving them there when the paper says you're responsible for the $600 dollar bikes if they are lost. Over all this place should be shut down, and if you're considering renting a bike on Key West, which you should, do it elsewhere. There are plenty of other options with better bikes and others have spoken highly of.
