Units a little outdated but perfect for a family vacation. We had a couple huts shared between 4 families and had a blast. Incredibly, have pictures of myself visiting as a kid 30 years ago, and my father visiting as a child 50 years ago. Been around a long time. Have been visiting for Thanksgiving for last few years. The "street" between the units full of families and kids. Easy access to beach, pool. Cool game room with ping pong and pool.

Just left villa 7 today. Great place to stay. Very convenient to Siesta Key/Crescent Beach and the village. Villa was Very nice and more than adequate. Definitely will stay here again!!

Island House is Amazing! Very clean and well kept up! All Condos are different! We stay in 9 South which is on 1st floor (easy access to beach) and just remodeled (been coming for years). Staff was great! Attached photo of view having coffee every morning. Highly recommended!

The villas were very clean and pretty but there were several issues with this place. First off, our key didn't fit in our deadbolt lock at all, and it took all my strength to open the normal lock on the door handle because the key wouldn't work right. Then the shower doors were broken and wouldn't move easily, as well as the closet doors. The second day there we had ants in all of our food that was in plastic containers on the kitchen counter. The laundry room is disgusting. It's a dollar to wash and dry, but the dryer didn't dry our clothes completely and it all smelled terrible. The beds were uncomfortable and they didn't give us enough towels to use for the shower. The only things I liked were the screened in patio and the short walking distance to the beach. I definitely won't be back. There were too many issues for me to ever consider staying here again.

This was the nicest place I've ever stayed! The condo was immaculate!! Literally, no dirt, no dust, no bugsit was spotless! The staff is very laid back and easy going, and super helpful too. This condo was located on a great part of the beach! Not overcrowded at all. I will be coming back often!!!
