Older motel, small parking lot, no big rig parking here, room was clean with no smells, bed was comfy. Microwave and mini fridge, worked nicely. Nice ceiling fan also. Staff is friendly and check in was quick.

Very friendly owners and staff. Not the Ritz, just an old Florida motel that is clean and comfortable. Folks deal with issues immediately. Would recommend.

***zero stars****Fraudulent credit card charges weeks later after we stayed for 1 night. Don't waste your time unless you want to be fighting with the bank and the incompetent owner for months on end..

Keeping in mind that you get what you pay for, this is a very clean place right in the downtown area of Venice, that I would be happy to return to. Nothing fancy but very nice for the price

Good little place to stay overnight.very close to the beach.in an amazing little town with lots of things to offer.they could improve a little bit in cleaning the room but is wasnt bad at all.

We stayed here on accident. We meant to book their sister hotel the Island Sun (very different experience). It is small, & old, but I feel like the cleaning staff works their butts off. Not for extended family stays. This motel is best for single night budget stays, no matter how nice the amazing staff is.

No complaints. The room was clean and kept up and maid service was there daily. Family owned and they were very friendly. There was a small microwave, fridge and coffee pot.all that I needed :) Visited Dec 2016

I came w/my daughter & her friend 4 a soccer camp. We ABSOLUTELY loved it. It's small & the rooms feel like a guest room at a dear friends house:) Right down to calling you to check at what time you'll be arriving. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind waiting for us to arrived at wee hours, again, felt right arriving at a friend's house. The price, UNBEATABLE, $50 for the night!
