Outstanding service and reasonable price. I dropped off my 2011 Sea Doo 230 Challenger on the Tuesday afternoon (4 July 2017), needing to replace the original wear rings on both impellers. My Boat was fixed and ready for pick-up Friday evening (7 July 2017); used it Sunday and it ran great no cavitation or vibration. Tom was great at the service desk.

I was serious about buying a new SeaDoo jet ski. I left a message and Wayne (a salesman) called me back. I told him I had cash, that I was local, and that I wanted to buy a new SeaDoo today. I told him I had just been to HK power sports in Laconia earlier in the day. I told him the exact SeaDoo model that I was interested in and asked him for their price. He said $9,759. I told him that although Irwin's price was lower then HK's initial price, It was $100.00 higher then HK Power Sports Second offer. When I told him this he simply said good luck and hung up.
Not only was he a poor salesman, but he also was simply rude. What he could have said was "that's a good price, if they are willing to sell you that jet ski at that price I advise you to purchase it from them"
Now thanks to Wayne, I will never buy a boat or jet ski from Irwin Marine. I will never have my new jet ski, my snowmobile, my 2012 Malibu ski boat, or my 2009 SeaRay 250 serviced there and I guarantee anyone who asks me about Irwin Marine in the next 5 years will here about my experience.
