Ordered a salad bowl and some utensils through their website, after reviewing the options and watching the (very helpful!) buying guide video. As it turned out, I ended up needing to work out alternate, expedited shipping arrangements to get the product to me by a particular date. Paul was extremely accommodating to my circumstances and responded very quickly to my emails, going so far as to provide a cell phone number that I could reach him at, should I need to. He even refunded me the original shipping fee (without my asking) after we'd switched to an express option. At any rate, what could have been a headache ended up being totally painless, 100% because of their customer service. I'm now the happy owner of a beautiful cherry wood bowl. I heartily recommend NH Bowl & Board, and would buy from them again in a heartbeat.
While the this store is a bit out the way. My wife and I found it worth the trip. We bought a Lazy Susan, a cutting board and wooden salad bowel. All the items were made by New Hampshire artisan at prices much cheaper than we saw at other New Hampshire locations.
This place was actually heckin' trash. Like if you combined a bowl and a board anywhere else in the worlds, you would instantly become meme Jesus. But instead they had to place within the geological confines of New Hampshire and force me to rethink my Kick starter page for the church of Meme Jesus.
Wonderful wooden bowl's!
My wife and I got an amazing cutting board here. The finish on it is exquisite and we found it perfect for cutting vegetables and cheeses. It was made and sourced in the USA, and at a very reasonable price compared to bamboo cutting boards sourced in China.
It will be worth your time to stop by the bowl outlet in Webster (or just shop online at their website). such beautiful handmade bowls and other great gift items too. There aren't many stores like this left anymore!! thanks Paul for our beautiful bowl, we use it often, especially on special occassions!
